We were really excited when we booked our holiday but I've felt really upset with the customer service or being totally ignored. We booked our airport parking as well as our holiday through low cost holidays which is for our holiday in Sept. It automatically did the dates but as our flight doesn't get in until almost midnight I just wanted to ask if we needed to book a extra days parking (as we won't be back at the carpark until gone midnight) and I can't get a answer! I phoned, got transferred then cut off, phoned back and someone answered not knowing, said they'd call back then didn't! I've also emailed every email address on website and several times, what am I supposed to do? SO frustrated. I also emailed the onlineanswers email after seeing it on this page but still no reply! Would never book with them again, what the heck are they like with bigger issues?! I've spent my hard earned money with them which we had to save up and they can't be bothered to reply to me?!
Something needs to change as you can't treat people like this. How can they get away with ignoring people? Website is really good so they've let themselves down big time.
