This is still currently going on, to put simply they overbooked our hotel and have placed us in an inadequate cheaper hotel and are refusing to compensate for this as the both hotels are 3* and hence 'like for like'. Even though at the time of booking the hotel we booked was £120 per person and the hotel we are getting placed in was £80 per person, terrible customer service who interrupt and don't answer your questions. I hope this can be resolved before we go on holiday. Reference: 6297511
