I booked a 5 day get away to lloret de mar and to my horror once i had recieved the email confirmation that everything was fine i recieved a phone call at 21:55 telling me that the flight can not be booked and the price would increase.
i checked the flight and the price through the airline company was still the same. ISSUE no1


Today the day before i leave to go on my holiday i get a phone call (less than 24hours before i fly) telling me that the hotel i had booked for £374 was double booked and therefore tried moving me to a completely different resort about an hour away from Lloret de Mar and also a hotel for roughly costing £250.

this is an utter disgrace and as you can imagine leaving this to the last day possible it has stressed me out no end.
when mentioning this to the advisor she seemed like she didnt care and kept interupting me!


I will add thank you to Trish Jones Lowcost Holidays customer service for turning my stressful day around by placing me back in the hotel i originally booked which as like a miracle had a room available after 7 hours of not having one. SPOOKY STUFF!!!!!!

So now i am back in the hotel i booked my original transfers have been cancelled and i am still awaiting email confirmation. {this is a running commentary}

    I would like to assure you that our hotel changes team are working on your booking currently and will be in touch with you as a priority to resolve this situation for you as we can appreciate your frustrations and are aware of your date of travel.

    Wherever possible such situations are avoided and it is never our intention to have unhappy customers, however, from time to time hotel relocations are necessary and this is something that is beyond our control. I do apologise that your booking has been affected by this.
