I phoned low cost whilst in Turkey as I got ripped off by the transport agent, who demanded £20 extra for my luggage.I was forced to pay it (I got a scribbled receipt) or the driver wouldn't move the bus. Low cost agent said she'd get back to me whilst I was away as I was worried the same thing would happen on the return journey. She never did get back to me.
In addition, despite having confirmed return transfer fro hotel to airport, when it arrived there was only one seat left and 3 of us needing to get on. So my partner and I had to get a taxi, at a cost of £20. I have formally complained, but have been told it could take 6 weeks to investigate! Ridiculous!! I'm certain I'll end up suing them in the small claims court.
