Disgusted

I booked a holiday for christmas with my children, after paying nearly £700 deposit , i receive my confirmation of the booking which states that the full amount is due on the same day. When I was booking it clearly states there are 2 forms of payment, 1 in full and the other a deposit to which also clearly states that the full balance is due by the 1st of October. I then call low cost holiday thinking it was an error on their part, to be told that £1,300 has to be paid on the day. I stated what was on the booking form and the advisor that a refund was not applicable. I am so angry, disgusted and I will be approaching the relevant trading standards about this. If I had that kind of money then I would not have opted for the deposit scheme. This is awful, I am awaiting a reply from them. I have travelled with them in April with no problems at all which is why I felt assured that all will be fine.
