Good shop with wide choice of "luxury" items ... Everything was processed smoothly will certainly order again from them in the futur .. On the downside prices are fairly high a bit chearper but well the products are all luxury brands it would have been a bit cheaper then it would have certainly deserve 5*
I've been looking for the men's D&G belt (one with the D&G Buckle) for so long, years in fact, every time I've looked it I've always come across sizes like 38/40 waist - EVEN on the official Dolce and Gabanna site. I finally found it in size 80 (32 waist) on here and with no hesitation I bought it. I Haven't heard of the store before so I was a little skeptical as to pay 220 pounds to someone I didn't know so I had a look on here and I thought why not! So! I ordered it on a Wednesday I believe and it was at my house Friday morning, impeccable delivery service, the first thing I did was check that the item was real by looking at the inside of the belt for a code - which it had - so as far as I'm concerned you will not buy a fake from this shop. All in all a fantastic service, fast delivery (Florence to London), the packaging was very neat and well presented and I am very happy with the product I've bought. Thank you!

Im from Ukraine for 5years odered from LVR but a few months ago all prices increased in about 20 %
I always odered from LVR and prices were VAT exempt but now all the items on LVR site is higher than on other sites that VAT exempt . LVR is no longer intresting for non europien unioon countries(((
I've ordered from LVR once before and everything was smooth. I love the fact that they deliver almost within 24hrs and so far I've also liked them for the exclusive quality of products they sell.
However, my latest purchase was a fiasco! I ordered shoes that were supposed to be made in Italy, nice quality leather, a pair that I'd been looking for a long time.
What I got was a totally different pair, different material, awful quality and looks, made in China!
The return process was quick and they were very apologetic, which I do appreciate, but this experience made me think how can I trust them again. The image of the shoes I ordered and thought would get is still on their website even though they told me their stock of this specific shoe only contains the "fake" ones that I got, not the ones pictured on their website.
I still would like to get the "original" shoes, but probably have to pass as I don't want to return them again!

I ordered a Stone Island coat on Sunday and Tuesday morning arrived. I am a new clinte and not had any problems. It came in a beautiful box with a brand hanger. Fast and in perfect condition. Me went well.
My first order from Luisaviaroma went through without any problems, to be fair, but now I ordered a bag, my card was authorized and then, three days later I got an email from them saying that due to a mistake in their system the item was out of stock, though the oder was successfully placed. It took the customer care three more days to answer me (and two more emails from me), and now I'm waiting again for them to adjust my order, which already takes them more than 24 hours. This is very disappointing, while they are so slow to correct their own mistakes, the item I want might as well be out of stock. Such a great shop, such poor customer care, what a shame.
When ordering an item, it goes fast, once you have to return that item because it does not suit you or does not fit, yu have to mail for a return code, since they do not reply any more, you have to call them regularly, and they wont send it like promised. I am still waiting for the return instructions, they do not reply.

Even though the online store does not live up to the "real" store in Florence :-) it is a great alternative if you do not live or travel to Florence.
What I love about the store most besides the great selection is the fact of free worldwide delivery. So it is actally chaeaper for me to order from Italy rather than from Germany (where I live) since most of the German based online stores often charge up to 10 Euros for the delivery - even if you buy a dress for 1000 Euros!
Products featured where always as described and in perfect condition when they arrived in a picture perfect wrapping. If somehthing does not fit it is easy to return it and get the money back. I will for sure order again.
I recently used www.luisaviaroma.com for the first time to purchase some clothes for an event that I was attending. I was a little hesitant considering the amount that I was spending, so I called the customer service to ask a few questions and make sure that the items would fit. The girl I spoke with was cheerful and helpful. She patiently answered all my questions and wonderful to speak with. When my package arrived, I was soooo excited! It got here earlier than I expected and was beautifully packaged. Everything fit perfectly and I can't wait for my girlfriend to see how good I look! When trying to exchange a very expensive jacket ( because it ran WAY smaller than normal ( and so it should have be indicated on the site !).
LVR LIED telling me all I needed to return ship it from the US was a social sec nr, however in reality i'd have to apply for a ( bogus) business tax iD at the government ( and implement myself tax wise in the future - I don't think so !!!!!!).
LVR wrote a nasty reply to me claiming it was 'innocent' of my accusations and offered no cooperativeness whatsoever in trying to solve the issue they caused in the first place .
Obviously, had they told the truth , they'd know lots of people like me wouldn't have ordered from them in the first place !

Der Versand nach Deutschland ging schnell und die gesamte Abwicklung mit Bezahlung und Versand war sehr unkompliziert! I love the online store! I have bought several things from there! I know it is perceived as overly expensive, and yes some items are, but if you wait till the sales hit there are a lot of cool things under 100 €!!! It is the first time I order from Luisaviaroma,a jeans. And actually everything was great, it only took DHL 4 days to ship my order from Italy to Miami. Nice package box and great jeans. I used paypal to pay so I guess that is the reason why it is so quick. Anyway, I will order sth again,great online store!
I lost over $100 of $500 in simply returning the item to LUISAVIAROMA
NO Return labels, address, import forms were provided
I only received 70% of monies when returning an item and had to go through a convoluted process involving contacting DHL,(Don's use FEDEX or UPS) reboxing the item, filling in detailed EXPORT forms and then was told that I had to pay for shipping the item back to Italy AT MY... OWN EXPENSE and meet all Import/Export fees
It took a week to CONFIRM my purchase, another to confirm delivery, NO tracking number was provided
Furthermore, when I asked why they had taken $100 from me for a $500 purchase, they responded that there was a $30 shipping fee for returns plus $70 in "Import levies and taxes"
I have had NO such issues with other European sites such as Stylebop from Germany, Matches and Mr. Porter from the UK

I've always had good experiences with Luisa Via Roma. Its a good site to buy runway items that otherwise would not be available in the USA.
But just one recommendation that you use PayPal only when purchasing from this site from the USA. They an ship immediately if you use PayPal, otherwise it takes them a long time to verify your credit card info. Just use PayPal buyers credit if you need to charge a purchase.
I've never had to return anything so I can't comment on that. But this is an Italian eCommerce site so it seems unreasonable to expect super quick customer service from a site in Italy when you're purchasing in the USA.
I ordered a pair of shoes for my husband on a friday night and i received them within a week. I had seen the store when i had been visiting so i was aware of the authenticity hence never searced up the internet for reviews. Only afterr placing the order did i go online to find so many negative reviews. I suddenly started worrying I emailed luisaviaroma each day after that. On the morning of tuesday i received the tracking number and friday i got my order delivered. I got prompt service, immediate responses, and amazing shoes packaged perfectlyin time for my husband's birthday! For those of you curious, this was my first time purchase that required bank verification, and i am from canada. I am just so glad i didnt read the reviews before or i would have never made my purchaseand would have truly missed out.
I placed an order for some Louboutin pumps. I wanted them for an occasion three weeks from the order date. I placed the with a credit card, I received an email right away that said if I use Paypal instead my order would ship out immediately, if I decide to pay with my credit card, I would have to wait for them to send a request to my credit card company. Well, two weeks went by and I emailed them. They said my credit card was fine and approved and that I would be receiving a tracking number when it shipped. A month goes by so I call and they said the order was never sent because my billing and shipping addresses were different. No email explanation was ever sent. I canceled the order...
I bought a pair of trousers, as the size is too big so I requested for a refund, they sent me the return instruction and compensation option, so I reply them I want it return for store credit. After almost 2 weeks I sent them another e-mail asking for the returning process, as nothing responded from them, then all the sudden they sent me back an email with capital letters saying I was requesting for refund, and I need to proceed in this way. So I sent them another e-mail with a copy of what I sent them, but they totally ignored me. And just replied the refund was already processed, they won't be able to change anything. And now its been almost a month, and I still haven't got my money back.
I bought a pair of Roget Vivier flats on a Friday evening via their website. It was shipped out on Monday Italy time (I live in Singapore), as per their shipping conditions on the website. The package was delivered to me on Weds by DHL. Very prompt delivery. I will certainly order from this website again.
receive my product after 8 days (5 days for first time customer check and 3 days to delivery) I wasnt happy with the product so i simply asked them for an exchange which they then told me they cannot do it at the time, so then i asked for the refund to my credit card and i will loose the shipping and duty tax charge, my order was almost $1500, then they told me they can give me the refund with their store credits. Nothing like waht the return policies they put on their site. They dont really bother to reply email although there is a time line for the return item. Very bad customer service and you can even talk to anyone when calling. STAY AWAY FROM wasting your money on LUISA VIA ROMA...YOU WONT BE HAPPY
Bestilte et par støvler hos luisaviaroma. Da støvlerne ankom (alt var til tiden og med Fedex) viste det sig at det ikke er præcis de støvler der var vist på billedet. Da jeg kontaktede luisaviaroma svarede de hurtigt, og tilbød at jeg kunne returnere uden omkostninger. Støvlen, som de desværre slet ikke har, er endnu ikke fjernet fra siden her tre dage senere.
Honestly one of the worst sites I have used online. I placed an order for an item thats worth over £2000. Now generally you expect a level of service from a website that claims to be a luxury site. However, card was debited , after five business days that the site takes to verify it first time clients, I had not had any updates and item had still not been shipped.
I contacted them letting them know I needed the item by a certain date , yet no one was even remotely interested in helping. I contacted them again and again , after several emails , I got a some what "bored and I can't be bothered to reply , but I have to reply so I will ". It takes them ages to reply to any inquiries and still they are not helpful.
The payment was cleared by my bank and I provided them with authorization but they still did not send the item. In the end I cancelled the item but had to wait a while to get my funds back , as they could not be bothered informing the bank they had cancelled the transaction even though I wrote several emails asking them to contact my bank.
Its a legitimate site, however, word to the wise , if your buying for an occasion and its your first order from the site, either order months in advance or buy something somewhere else. No customer service, not helpful, very slow, slightly rude in their replies and definitely not a service I will be using any time soon.
