I ordered a pair of shoes from Luisaviaroma of which the size doesnt fit. I asked for a return and refund. After I filled in all the airwaybill and return invoice and DHL had shipped back the shoes to Luisaviaroma, they informed that only 60% of the net price will be refunded!!! As the rest was for import fee! This is ridiculous! It never happen while I made a return with Net-a-Porter, Neiman Marcus and others reliable Luxury online store! I am asking for a return and refund and should not cost any import fee! Even if they really did, should not be 40% of the unit price! I hope all the customers, especially those outside EU, in China and Hong Kong, please do not shop in Luisaviaroma! It is hard for you to make a return! Even yes you cannot get back all your money! It's a SCAM! I will report this and ask for more professional advices! So disappointed! I should listen to other customers of which they told me Luisaviaroma is not a reliable shop to shop with!!!!
I ordered Dolce & Gabbana's product and got it in 5 days. I ordered the item at Saturday night (i was at the restaurant when i placed the order, lol, but it tells how easy the ordering rly was), and it came to my door at Thursday evening). I used international shipping. The product was exactly what i expected! Im definitely gonna order more from Luisa Via Roma. Before i ordered anything (it was my 1st time) I checked, that all the products are really 100% authentic: the company is authorized OFFICIAL retailer for all brands featured in store and on-line, so its a big WIN for me, as there's not many options to get certain luxury brands in the country i live in (if you don't want to order from U.S which includes all the taxes etc..)
Good shop with wide choice of "luxury" items ... Everything was processed smoothly will certainly order again from them in the futur .. On the downside prices are fairly high a bit chearper but well the products are all luxury brands it would have been a bit cheaper then it would have certainly deserve 5*
I've been looking for the men's D&G belt (one with the D&G Buckle) for so long, years in fact, every time I've looked it I've always come across sizes like 38/40 waist - EVEN on the official Dolce and Gabanna site. I finally found it in size 80 (32 waist) on here and with no hesitation I bought it. I Haven't heard of the store before so I was a little skeptical as to pay 220 pounds to someone I didn't know so I had a look on here and I thought why not! So! I ordered it on a Wednesday I believe and it was at my house Friday morning, impeccable delivery service, the first thing I did was check that the item was real by looking at the inside of the belt for a code - which it had - so as far as I'm concerned you will not buy a fake from this shop. All in all a fantastic service, fast delivery (Florence to London), the packaging was very neat and well presented and I am very happy with the product I've bought. Thank you!

I've ordered from LVR once before and everything was smooth. I love the fact that they deliver almost within 24hrs and so far I've also liked them for the exclusive quality of products they sell.
However, my latest purchase was a fiasco! I ordered shoes that were supposed to be made in Italy, nice quality leather, a pair that I'd been looking for a long time. What I got was a totally different pair, different material, awful quality and looks, made in China!
The return process was quick and they were very apologetic, which I do appreciate, but this experience made me think how can I trust them again. The image of the shoes I ordered and thought would get is still on their website even though they told me their stock of this specific shoe only contains the "fake" ones that I got, not the ones pictured on their website.
I still would like to get the "original" shoes, but probably have to pass as I don't want to return them again!

I ordered a Stone Island coat on Sunday and Tuesday morning arrived. I am a new clinte and not had any problems. It came in a beautiful box with a brand hanger. Fast and in perfect condition. Me went well.
My first order from Luisaviaroma went through without any problems, to be fair, but now I ordered a bag, my card was authorized and then, three days later I got an email from them saying that due to a mistake in their system the item was out of stock, though the oder was successfully placed. It took the customer care three more days to answer me (and two more emails from me), and now I'm waiting again for them to adjust my order, which already takes them more than 24 hours. This is very disappointing, while they are so slow to correct their own mistakes, the item I want might as well be out of stock. Such a great shop, such poor customer care, what a shame.
When ordering an item, it goes fast, once you have to return that item because it does not suit you or does not fit, yu have to mail for a return code, since they do not reply any more, you have to call them regularly, and they wont send it like promised. I am still waiting for the return instructions, they do not reply. Order from net a porter or matches, much better
Even though the online store does not live up to the "real" store in Florence :-) it is a great alternative if you do not live or travel to Florence. What I love about the store most besides the great selection is the fact of free worldwide delivery. So it is actally chaeaper for me to order from Italy rather than from Germany (where I live) since most of the German based online stores often charge up to 10 Euros for the delivery - even if you buy a dress for 1000 Euros!
Products featured where always as described and in perfect condition when they arrived in a picture perfect wrapping. If somehthing does not fit it is easy to return it and get the money back. I will for sure order again.
I recently used www.luisaviaroma.com for the first time to purchase some clothes for an event that I was attending. I was a little hesitant considering the amount that I was spending, so I called the customer service to ask a few questions and make sure that the items would fit. The girl I spoke with was cheerful and helpful. She patiently answered all my questions and wonderful to speak with. When my package arrived, I was soooo excited! It got here earlier than I expected and was beautifully packaged. Everything fit perfectly and I can't wait for my girlfriend to see how good I look! I will definitely recommend Luisaviaroma to all my friends.
When trying to exchange a very expensive jacket ( because it ran WAY smaller than normal ( and so it should have be indicated on the site !).
LVR LIED telling me all I needed to return ship it from the US was a social sec nr, however in reality i'd have to apply for a ( bogus) business tax iD at the government ( and implement myself tax wise in the future - I don't think so !!!!!!).
LVR wrote a nasty reply to me claiming it was 'innocent' of my accusations and offered no cooperativeness whatsoever in trying to solve the issue they caused in the first place . Obviously, had they told the truth , they'd know lots of people like me wouldn't have ordered from them in the first place !
