I liked the fact that a "Can I help you?" box popped up which enabled me to ask questions about your products and the compatability with other products and I received the answers straight away from an actual person. It was very comforting to receive the advice that you would get from making a purchase in a shop but at the same time as having the convenience of ordering online.
Although the product I ordered showed as being in stock, I received an email straight away apologising for the fact that the last one had been sold minutes earlier, but by receiving the email and being credited the 'next-day' delivery charge back onto my credit card straight away and fulfilling my delivery date requirements for the following week more than made up for this.
I would definitely recommend and use Luxury Nook again.
Vanity sink and back to the wall pan.
The ordering and delivery was easy and on time.
There were three parts missing that i feel hould have been included. One was a rubber seal to the cistern the bung for the water entry pipe into the back of the pan. Also the fixing brackets for the pan to secure it to the floor.
Then to top it all the back to the wall kit was stolen from site. So we dont know that we would have had these items sent out or not. Then when i tried to order the back to the wall pan the web site wants you to buy a vanity and sink as well it will not let you order the BTWP separatley
Very speedy delivery even though I live in a remote area. And no hassle exchange when I had ordered the wrong item. Brilliant quality of finish on all fittings. I am delighted and would recommend Luxury Nook to anyone

There are plenty of different bathroom furniture options to choose from and the website is really easy to use. You can speak to someone online if you want to. It represents good value for money. You are emailed so you know the status of your order and delivery is prompy within a few days. The only bad part was the delivery firm dumped my order on the pavement outside our front door on a wooden pallet which meant I had to carry all the boxes inside and then work out how to dispose of the wooden pallet which was large and heavy!

Looked around bathroom suppliers for weeks then I searched the net and found Luxury Nook. The range was very good found exactly what I wanted and the prices were excellent, so I researched them and found good reviews. Ordered my suite, the site was easy to use. It arrived exactly when they said it would the courier was also first class and helpful and delivered even though I was not able to get back home on time. The quality is very good and communication by email and phone was also great and thorough. Would recommend them to anyone.

We bought vanity units & wc for our en-suite from LUXORY NOOK, were so pleased with them that we have just bought some of the white glossy Turin range cabinets, sink, wc & a beautiful square basin mixer & sprung waste which look superb on the sink... we placed our order online, the delivery was going to be 3-5 working days but arrived in just two days & the items were brought into the house by two very friendly staff.

I bought vanity units for basin and toilet with concealed basin, the items were delivered quickly, but unfortunately the Company was let down by the courier servicem, the WC cabinet was broken in one place, the concealed cistern was completely smashed, the WC packaging was also badly beaten up, but luckily the item was ok - I phoned up, was asked by e-mail to submit photogtaphic evidence, which I did and I recieved the replacement's today (6 days later) I, the packaging was much improved and I have checked everything and it's all fine, can't wait for it to go in - so I'd award 5 stars as I believe the damage was caused by a 3rd party and was resolved quickly and easily by the customer care team
Having done the research for my bathroom items and looking at various web sites, Luxury nook took all the pressure off and their online help from Steve was brilliant, he helped with a couple of questions and the saving was excellent coupled with quick prompt delivery.
although my bathroom isnt fitted yet, i have checked the items and found the quality to be very good

Having shopped around i found that Luxury Nook were both Good on Price and helpfullness with Stephen. How ever when confirming with him that by using standard delivery the items ordered on Wed 24th Aug would arrive on Wed 31st Aug he Quoted YES Delivery is 4 days. I ordered, Payment was taken, i was given an order number, Next day i received an e-mail, goods despatched. Website says Status processing order ? I rang on 26th, told goods despatched and given telephone number to contact the delivery company to arrange date. I rang delivery company and confirmed delivery for Wed 31st Aug. Wed 31st Aug i rang Delivery company, given another number and told to ring their local depot, then given a mobile number to ring the driver. Driver had no delivery for me. Told to ring local depot, local depot said order not received, ring main depot. Main depot said would trace and get local depot to ring me. Looked at luxury Nook website order still says status processing order. Rang luxury Nook who say should be delivered today. While on phone to them, the local delivery depot ring me says can see the items but not due to be delivered for another FOUR days. Tell Luxury Nook to either refund the money and arrange to have them returned to them selves or to make sure that i have them delivered today as per original order and conversation. Tell the delivery company to sort out delivery with Luxury Nook. twenty minutes later received call from local depot will be delivered within 2 hours. Goods received, But fitting instructions were for shower screen and not for shower screen with return panel, bottom fixing plate missing from shower screen, did not know if this was because of return screen or if return should have had a fixing plate too ? so used clear mastic to hold in place.
Ordered the walk in shower and only took a couple days to arrive. Very well packaged and looks very expensive. Very pleased with the service I received and have recommended this website to my colleagues.
excellant service and quick delivery, I have ordered twice and am more than pleased with price and product.
Having ordered my new bathroom from you I was quoted a delivery of 3-5 working days. The order was placed on 19th August so arranged for fitters to be on site on 30th August. Giving plenty of time for the delivery you would think. When I contacted you on the 30th when I had fitters but no bath I was told its with the carrier and I would have to contact them. Dispite the fact I feel this was something you should have done as my order was eith you I relented and called them myself, to be told they didnt know when it would be delivered and they would call me.
Its now 31st and no call has been received as yet.
I find this kind of sevice totaly unecceptable. Having taken my money the customer service has been nothing short of POOR.
Please be assured I will think long and hard before ordering anything from you in the future.
I'm sure that if everything had gone according to plan with the actual delivery, then I would have had no complaints as the items I ordered are good value and acceptable quality.
However, whilst the pallet was being unloaded by the driver, a number of packages fell off. Two of these were ceramic items and were totally smashed beyond use. This was reported to Luxury Nook immediately and complete replacements were despatched and received OK.
It was the third item which revealed the gaping holes in their customer service processes. The laundry unit was damaged on the top corner and after some investigation, with Luxury Nook's permission, I found it was easy enough to remove the top, thinking it would be easier to parcel up just the top which was 30mm square and thereby expedite the replacement. Sadly this was not the case.
At this stage I was communicating by email and having had no response, I eventually rang to find that they had not received my email - they finally found it in their Junk Mailbox - something for which they didn't even apologise. Clearly they do not have prevention systems in place to avoid such occurrences being overlooked.
After 2 days I rang again to be told that their supplier had sent a new one, but that the delivery time was 3 to 5 days. A week later it had still not arrived, so I rang again and they said that the supplier would send a replacement for the replacement. It is now over 4 weeks and a replacement top has still not arrived.
During all this time there has been no pro-active interest or action from Luxury Nook and I can only conclude that they don't care about this particular customer's problem.
I would advise that other customers:
a) don't communicate urgent by email and
b) insist on whole unit replacement from stock
I ordered my items on line and was issued the obligatory delivery e-mail of delivery in 3-5 days (from past experince with other suppliers I wondered which 3-5 days this would be!!!)
I was contacted the next day and was amazed to be notified that my items would be delivered the following day and as promised it was
