Great Products, Fast Delivery, Requested too much Personal Information.
I bought some MAC make-up as a present for Christmas. It was received very quickly and I was told that the product was of a very high quality. For this I can't fault the product or service at all.
I would however say that the site is maybe a little over complicated, but most of all they required personal details I didn't really want to give being a one-time customer. I appreciate they may want my DOB for marketing purposes, but having been the victim of identity fraud I'm very careful with what I give away. I was therefore a little annoyed that I couldn't progress through checkout without giving them this information.

Allergic Reaction
I bought a MAC Eye brow pencil from House of Fraser in Guildford. This is the second purchase I have made the first eye lid cream for keeping eye shadow in place longer had been great. The eyebrow pencil has caused an allergic reaction;first itching and then my eyebrows have started to thin. I now have lost a good part of my brow on the left side, which is distressing. I am left wondering if they will grow again. I wonder how I can now manage this problem and whether MAC do conduct allergy tests on their products. Getting a refund on this product isn't much of an answer. I have not had a problem before this with other makes of product.

Perfekte makeup
Jeg er ikke specielt meget til makeup, men er blevet omvendt efter et par veninder hev mig med i M.A.C. i Magasin på Kongens Nytorv.
Deres produkter er virkelig i særklasse, og det er muligt for alle at finde noget de kan bruge.
Modsat mange andre meget stereotype mærker, hvor udvalget af farver inden for øjenskygger, læbestifte mv. er meget begrænset.
Det er ikke de billigste produkter i verdenen, men det er man heller ikke i tvivl om når man bruger dem. Det hele lever fuld ud op til prisen.
Både på Kongens Nytorv og i Fields er servicen helt i top. I Lyngby blev jeg dog slemt skuffet af en noget nedladende tone fra ekspedienten. Det har jeg ellers aldrig oplevet de to andre steder.
Den nedladende tone, kombineret med at det kun er muligt at få refills til øjenskygge på Kongens Nytorv gør at M.A.C. ikke kan komme over de 4 stjerner.
