We needed a submersible pump for the Golf Club. Ordered over phone,from warehouse, paid extra for quick delivery, & got it quick but it was 110V! Phoned head office and asked if I could drive to Preston and swop it for 240V. No problem. Get to shop, counterhand knew I was coming but didn't know how to do paperwork, would need manager. No manager available. After 5 mins pacing shop suggested he photocopy my paperwork and sort it later. Could not do that! After another 5 mins he did just that and I left. No apology. Complained in writing and got a phoned apology and refund of delivery charge. Pump is great!
