Transaction wouldn't go through. Reported to customer service- heard nothing.
The website wouldn't take my order - it kept throwing up errors saying fields in my address were blank when they clearly were completed correctly right before my eyes. I took the time to report this to Made.com, but I heard nothing back at all.
All I got were 2 reminder emails telling me to check-out. These were useless, as I couldn't check out, and annoying, as I'd taken the time to report the problem and been ignored. It's not ok in my opinion to ignore prospective customers like this.
