Ordered the Fonteyn desk after admiring it at a friend's house, so I already knew it was good quality. Very happy with it. The automated emails about delivery dates were wrong so it didn't arrive on the expected day - I did email support to clarify, but still ended up missing the delivery. Fortunately my neighbour was in to take the delivery for me so no big hassle. However this side of things could be a bit smoother - lots of other companies are now offering a delivery service where you get a text with a one hour delivery window, which is brilliant. Made are using Parcelforce which can only give you a 7am-5pm slot (and in this case even that wasn't right!). Worth the delivery hassles for the good products and prices though.
