I bought a coffee table and a sofa. The table had a scratch at the corner. Made.com arranged a £30 refund for me to keep the faulty item, which I accepted but would rather for the item to be delivered with no problem.
When sofa was delivered the delivery men used the excuse of having dirty hands to avoid having to take the package away for me. It seems an legitimate reason but the package was not removed for me as described on the website.
Also for some reason the delivery was delayed so I wasted a day waiting at home for nothing.
Generally speaking made.com has good communication with costumers (with me at least) but the delivery service is far from satisfactory.

Thank you for the feedback on our delivery's as its one part of the process we cant closely oversee. Sorry to hear that our delivery partners didn't take the packaging, for large items, they are meant to take this however it is understandable if there might be an issues with marking your sofa that they might refuse to.
