Even better than expected
Read some awful feedback so I admit I was nervous awaiting order. Expected trouble with delivery dates, time of arrival etc but honestly I don't think it could be improved. I have been updated by email regularly since placing my order around 12 weeks ago. I knew when order left country of origin, when it arrived in UK and when it arrived in depot. Then I was txted a choice of delivery dates with an option to simply text back my chosen date. On day of arrival I was text by 9am with a one hour delivery slot... between 10.15 and 11.15. I imagined it was bound to go wrong here. However at 10.13 my lovely tripod lamp arrived at my doorstep. Packaged so carefully and the quality is outstanding. Well done Made.com

Great chair, great value.
I am very happy with the chair, you have to wait ages for it but that's clear from the start. The fabric is of good quality and in looks as good as it did on the website. its gereat value for money.
As with almost all deliveries they want you to be at home for half a day to wait for it which isn't practical so I had to pay extra for an evening delivery which is a negative if common. The delivery company kept in close touch however and arrangements were clear and worked well.

Pleased with product,delivery and value. To get an l shaped sofa like that for less than £850 is amazing value
A little nervous about ordering a sofa with trying it but product quality is good,easy to assemble and delivery was hassle free. Also got it for £150 less than advertised price because there was a 24 hour deal on plus a new customer incentive.
Would be good to have a timed delivery slot option.

Our trendy Finch Arte Chairs for our conservatory
We ordered Two Finch Arte Chairs for our conservatory in Foxglove Purple & Kingfisher Blue. They look perfect !
We purchased these chairs because they weren’t too big.
The service from' Made.com' was first class. We received the chairs in 3 days as they were in stock.
I would recommend 'Made' to everyone if they want something different and for a great price !

Efficient, speedy delivery of beautiful armchairs all the way to Dublin - very happy customer.
I stumbled across made.com while browsing online for furniture suppliers in Ireland and while I loved the stock featured on the website I was sure there would be huge delivery charges to Dublin. To my delight there were no additional delivery charges and the two armchairs I ordered were delivered really quickly. I thought the service was great and the website very easy to use. Measurements, detailed information & close up images made buying furniture online less of a risk. I have already recommended your site to family and friends.

Fantastic product, worth the wait.

more "Make.com"...
Hi: chairs great, delivery OK (we didn't get the promised call to tell us when it was coming on the day). One chair though had a fault - the socket that that the leg screws into had fallen into the inside of the chair. We had to unstaple the underside, retrieve it and made good. Chairs great - the fault created a bit more work than we expected.

Poor delivery agent, Poor customer service.
I have already made a complaint to your delivery agent. I also made a complaint to thecstomer service team due to the service I received from the elivery agent. The details of my complaint were ignored and instead I received a placatory message. Yesterday I received a text requesting yet again, if I was happy with the service, is anyone actually paying any attention? This was my first purchase with made.com, and whilst I am extremely happy with the product itself, the service, is severely lacking.

Everything went as described, product came a month earlier than expected and we re very pleased with our chais.
Delivery was very good with plenty of information, texts and phone calls regarding times etc. all packaging was taken away.
Very pleased with chaise longue. Exactly as described and pictured. Very well made and comfortable. One small criticism is that the wooden legs were not attached and came in a separate bag with no instructions. Not a problem for me as I am quite practical but could be a challenge for some. It had not been mentioned anywhere to my recollection.

like the sofa but colour different to the first one we bought and delivery was late.
Bought one of the same sofas Nov/Dec sometime. When it arrived we loved it so decided to order one more for the same room. Delivery estimate was FOREVER but we decided to go for it anyway. Even though we ordered it last december I think it was, we recieved it beginning of May, later than estimated. Also, it is a couple of shades lighter than the first one, and much harder to sit on.

Fast shipping, good quality item!
We ordered a floor lamp at made.com
Similar lamps were available elsewhere, but (much) more expensive. However, we did not notice any quality difference between those at all. Shipping was also fast.
We'd buy here again and recommended made.com to anybody!

Communication via email and over the telephone was spot on from begining to end and the delivery arrived as advised and in fact I was able to request a change to the delivery time slot and this was not a problem for your team to arrange. I was not disappointed with the product either, neither was my client, the sofa is lovely. Well done!

Loved the product design, didn't like quality!
The item was delivered after quite some time, but the sales emails do make you aware it could be x amount of weeks so although a speedier delivery would have been nice, the wait was expected.
The bag looks great, excellent colours in the green Union Jack flag, but the bag has black scuffs on it and funny tar like patches. These were there on opening. I did tweet Made to make them aware, but didn't get a reply so it seems to me it's a case of sale made, got your money, who cares about the substandard products! Let's see if this review makes a difference.

Quick/quality/quirky
MADE have some quirky stuff which is delivered quickly and without hassle, there's no hanging around on hold if you call them up! Once my sofa arrived the quality was great, especially considering the price I paid for it! Will definitely be shopping at MADE again!

It really exeeded expectations. my husband felt the screws were a bit flimsey and wasnt impressed with the assembley but ordering was easy and the delivery was the best i have had (we order a lot online). just the right amount of quirky
The side table arrived just a few of days after ordering, with the least amount of fuss. After a small bit of grappling with packaging the little quirky table was in place and looking and fitting perfect nestled at the edge of the sofa.

The delivery guys could not fit the item through the landing
Unfortunately, the item + package was too large to go through the landing at our flat block. The item had to be returned. A week after, I still waiting for a refund to come through.

Better than I ever expected - I absolutely love it!
My Bijou chairs and Moroccon table set look far better than I ever expected, and the made.com website was so easy to use, delivery was estimated around 6 weeks yet they only took 2, and I'll be definitely be recomending this site to everyone I know! Thanks!

Wonderful quality and prompt delivery
Yes, I did have to wait on the table, but once I'd received the e mail regarding it's delivery, it promptly followed.
It was well packaged and no damage. The table it'self is of a very high quality and is as pictured.
The reason for losing a star, is because the table was bought for my son so that he could store the controls for his compter games within. This table seemed to fit the bill, being both contemporary and functional. However, the storage is pitifully shallow. No measurement was given for this and the photos don't show this. None of his controls fit. Therefore, doesn't fit it's intended purpose. Lovely table though.

Outstanding quality
In December 2012 I ordered the Bouji Chair and in January 2013 I ordered the footstoll to match. My only issue was they both took 5 months to be delivered. Both items are very well made.
When the foostool arrived it was without its legs. You were very prompt in sending a replacement, but then I realised it was far too big for the use I wanted it for. The team were very quick to organise collection for both stools. Just awaiting my refund now.
I would order from you again if something took my fancy, but please speed up delivery times.

Diabolical Delivery
Shan't be ordering from this company in future - to be expected to collect a large bulky item of furniture which wouldn't even fit in my car after paying £19 for delivery from a delivery depot in Leicester (25 miles away) is a diabolical service!
