Nice and quick
There were no trouble ordering, only i slight problem with the orderconfirmation, because they were updating their systems. But i wrote the customerservice and they replied very quickly and had it fixed. Sent me the orderconfirmation and the notification of the departure notice. a few days later I had my package.

Speedy delivery & great stuff
Ordered a sweet blackboard for my daugther. Price was just fine and speedy delivery(bout 4-5 days or so), with tracking.

Good experience
Ordered a toybox from Magis from Madeindesign. Got an order confirmation email instantly and within a day got another email stating that product has been sent (it was in-stock when ordering) and the email also contained a tracking code. Delivery went smoothly and arrived all the way to Finland as promised on the 5th working day from ordering. Would definitely order again from this company.

Service Client Nul
Commande de chaises, paiement pour livraison à domicile vu l'encombrement des colis (2x1m3). Chronopost les met en dépôt au bureau de Poste. Pas d'énervement, j'appelle le service Client de MadeInDesign, qui fini par me dire qu'ils vont les reprendre et passer par un autre transporteur qui conviendra d'un passage. 10 jours plus tard, le bureau de poste m'appelle pour me dire de venir chercher mes colis. Las, je me suis débrouillé. NUL, le service client n'a de service que le nom, pas de suivi, pas de nom d'interlocuteur, ils bottent en touche et se foutent du client. Au revoir et fini MadeInDesign.

PS: Confirmation de leur désintérêt total des préoccupations du client, ils n'ont rien fait pour m'aider et j'ai du trouver une solution de mon côté. NUL jusqu'au bout!
