Valuable help at affordable prices
Maid2clean were really good at finding someone suitable to help me around the house, i found them very competative compared with other cleaning agenices. They give you peace of mind because they do all the vetting and insurance.

Speedy, professional and friendly.
From a quick phone call to understand my needs to finding a friendly, hardworking and careful lady to help me round my home. This was a hassle free service. Regular phone calls and immediate response to queries I would so far have no problem recommending the initial set up end of the service and support recieved.

Efficient administration but cleaning not thorough enough
On the surface I thought the cleaner had done a good job but on closer inspection found she had failed to move things in the kitchen, just cleaning around them and the windows were smeary. It was a difficult job cleaning a rather dirty bachelor one bedroom flat in one day, but I feel the £90 I was charged was very expensive for the service I received. When I asked if it was possible for the cleaner to come back for another couple of hours I was told I would have to pay the £40 admin fee again. No way - I will do it myself!

Thorough?
Whilst my cleaner was friendly and cleaned identified areas she cleaned as I would, i.e. some things really well, at times she cleaned round things and only cleaned some when it looked dirty! I was disappointed as I expected a little more from someone being paid to clean my house. Having said that the parts that were cleaned were cleaned well. Maybe I had the wrong cleaner!

My current cleaner does a great job every week. She works really hard and always does what I ask her to do, and it's a pleasure to come home to such a clean house.

The gift of time!
Both my partner and I work full time, we're chaotic by nature and we have a toddler. We did not want to spend the little free time we had with our son on household chores at the weekend. We had wonderful Laura come to our house for 2 hours every Friday which meant we would start the weekend with an immaculate house. When we were considering having a cleaner, it was a little extravagant on our budget, but actually what it gave us was priceless.
The admin side of setting it all up was very straightforward.

Great dog friendly cleaner
I've used this company for over a year now and can't fault them. We weren't sure if having a cleaner would be right for us because we have a boisterous dog and we aren't always able to be there when the cleaner comes. They picked a cleaner who is "dog friendly" and she's great. It makes such a difference to not have to spend my weekends cleaning and ironing. You do need to remember to let them know if you want a replacement cleaner if yours goes on holiday but that's fair enough. Their helpline is open until 8.30 in the evening which is very convenient and the staff can't do enough for you. I would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic Service from both the office staff and the cleaning staff 10/10 !
I have used this agency for several years for myself,father, son and ex husband !
The office staff are a delight ,very efficient ,fit the cleaner to your requiremnts ,ring you to get your feedback ...super . The cleaners are of a very high standard and I should know as I ran my own agency for 18 years !I can't recommend Maid2Clean highly enough so they get 10/10 !

Pleased with company - outstanding cleaner
The company were quick and efficient in finding a cleaner, and being in touch afterwards to make sure everything was ok, and in a couple of occasions to enquire if I needed alternative cover when my cleaner was unavailable. Personally I'm very happy with my cleaner who not only does a fabulous job but also is a lovely person. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for some help with cleaning.

Does the job and does it well
I've used this company for three or four years and the service has generally very good. Price is quite reasonable. Overall I'd recommend them.
