Excellent quality trees, very well packaged and delivered promptly
We recently ordered 11 Rowan trees from Mail Order Trees, over two orders. All the trees arrived in excellent condition and had been very well packed - hence they arrived undamaged and in great condition. Mail Order Trees were very helpful throughout and sent us similar sized trees, as we specifically requested, as they are to be planted in a row. Excellent value for money for both the trees and delivery costs. We are really, really pleased and intend to buy climbing plants from them too.

Great Trees !
I ordered 8 different forms of Acer / Maple Trees from Mail Order Trees. Everyone one of them was of a great size and incredibly healthy. I also thought they were great value for money considering the prices of similar spieces of trees from local garden nurseries.
They arrived within 3 days of order and the boxes they are delivered in ensures they arrive safe and sound.
I would highly recommend ordering trees from this website to anyone.

Friendly and helpful service and lovely trees at a reasonable price.

A First Class service.
The trees were chosen from a well set out site. They came on time and the were very well packaged. Everything was as it should have been and my only hope is they grow and flourish they way they should.,Everything so far suggests they will.

Fabulous service and great trees.
The service was ultra fast, I think they arrived the day after I ordered them. I ordered two trees and planted them just before the snow at the beginning of the year. I was really worried they would die with all the bad whether but they are thriving and looking beautiful now, some 4 months later. One of the trees was a second grade one at half price but you can't tell. I'll definitely use them again and would certainly recommend.

Bearing in mind that the tree was budding when it delivered it arrived in excellent condition and adequately packaged. Went into the ground the same day hand seems quite happy. Would use them again if I needed a tree in a hurry that I couldn't get locally.

Excellent quality and good price
Our tree arrived the day after we were told it would (apparently due to a delay with the courier company),but still well within the promised delivery window. Good communication when I phoned to find out what was going on. More importantly, the tree was well packed and excellent quality. Much better (& bigger) than those at local garden centre and cheaper too (even including delivery). I will definitely order from this company again.

Special offer surprise!
I ordered 2 of the special offer trees less than a week ago. They arrived today, carefully packaged and so much bigger and healthier than I was expecting. I am looking forward to planting them tomorrow. Many Internet companies will not deliver to the Isle of Wight so a big thank you to mailordertrees who did not charge extortionate rates for the Solent crossing.

Beautifull Cherry Tree
I am so pleased with my recent purchase. It arrived within a week and the Cherry tree is a lovely shape. I have planted it in full view of our patio window and I am looking forward to seeing it in full bloom next year. Well done Mail Order Trees.

Excellent tree that came very quickly
The tree took an extra day to come from the south to Scotland but did not seem to have suffered much even though the root in the container was pretty dry. Not sure why all the leading edges of the branches were cut unless to fit in the box but presumably new shoots will appear in due course. Strong winds and cold conditions have been the main threat to a tree reared in Englandshire

Hello Dave, well, the trees arrived intact, which was good, although I was slightly alarmed when the delivery driver let slip that he had transported them on their side rather than upright. Fortunately when I opened the boxes the trees were all fine and the potting compost hadn't all fallen out. When I came to remove the pots I did notice that the trees were all rather pot-bound, although I suppose that this is to be expected with container-grown trees, and the roots were easy enough to tease out with a fork prior to planting. The next time that I need trees and cannot get to a garden centre then I will certainly consider Mail Order Trees, although at my local garden centre the arborist is very good and provided me with useful advice, plus I get to look at the trees that they have in stock before I make a purchase. Swings and roundabouts I suppose. By the way, how are the wife and kids doing?

Fantastic product, cherry tree starting to produce fruit less than a week from planting!
Although initial reservations about ordering a fruit tree from a mail order company, my corries were reassured my the very helpful agent who reassured me about the safe delivery of the product and what I should do if the tree failed to meet my expectations. There was also useful info. regarding the safe delivery of the product should there be nobody in when it arrives. I would have no hesitation in recommended this company to family and friends.

Lovely trees in excellent condition
Courtesy email received giving the progress of my order, then an email to let me know that they had been dispatched. Arrived after two days (we are quite remote), instructions to courier that I'd put on order carried out to the letter. All in all, very good service - would happily recommend them.

70th Birthday Triumph!
Well what can I say. Wanted to find an unusual gift for my Dad as it was his 70th Birthday soon. I remember he loved figs after a wonderful holiday he experienced in Turkey a few years ago. So, with that in mind I trawled various companies on the web and found Mail Order Trees to be the most informative and easy to navigate site. I found the tree 'The Brown Turkey Fig' and that was it. I ordered the tree, chose the delivery date and sent a message to go with it. I had a couple of questions to ask re: delivery and my order and both were answered promptly.
My Dad recieved his tree on the date specified and apparently the tree has copious amount of foilage, is over 5' and already had 17 baby figs!!! He was so chuffed with it that he went straight down the garden centre to buy a nice large pot to replant it in and even asked them what would be the best soil for it. It was a great choice for this keen gardener and now sits pride of place in his back garden.

Wonderful trees
Our trees were delivered back in Winter and were very well protected for their journey. We planted them a couple of days later and recently have watched as their buds appeared, then blossom first on the Amalanchier, then blossom on the others along with their leaves. They all look splendid.
There is no doubt that they were very well grown and expertly packed and delivered. Many thanks for transforming our garden!

Just to let you know...we had a Tulip Tree in our old house which we think was
over 50 years old. It was as tall as our house and from June onwards had beautiful
waxy pale green tulip shaped flowers. After 37years in our old house, we moved here last October, and I really missed the Tulip Tree. So I thought I would search the web to see if I could find one...and your website was the first to pop up!

Couldn't find the specific tree i wanted so decided to take a chance and order one via the internet. Chose Mail Order Trees and am very happy I did. Amazing Trees, well packaged and delivered On Time
I ordered 3 Himalayan Birchis (Betula Jacquemonti)-those with the white bark, which were still very young, but nevertheless flowered within 1 week.
The same goes for my Amalancier lamarckii, which was a bit more mature and flowered within a week. If you only have one tree in your small garden, this is the one to have!
My Prunus Serrula (Shiny red mahogany bark) which was also a bit more mature and flowered within a week.
Best of all I bought seconds, which means they were almost half price but to me they appeared First Grade'
