Great Service and great value! I would recommend this company to anyone buying online.
The plant arrived exactly as it was planned, in perfect condition. The plant looked healthy and it was packed beautifully to protect the plant. My plant was in a 10 ltr pot and it seemed in a better condition than by from a garden centre. Thank you for your service.

Impressive
Despite pressures placed upon them by the number of orders placed, the fine weather and a Bank Holiday weekend my trees arrived when they said they would and in perfect condition. No garden centre I have ever been to can match them for price or quality and Steve, the poor chap on the other end of the phone who was rushed off his feet, had time to answer questions and check out details for my order, AND remember my my name. 100% for effort, 100% for service and 100% for quality products.

A tree of dreams

got messed around and got sad bush instead of lovely memorial tree
tried to get a replacement for magnolia stellata ,memorial tree, (as the other one died)
steve recommended a 'lennei'. i then found out it can grow to 30 ft which would be too big to fit easily in a pot- it does not say this on website, could we change for stellata? replace like for like,steve said yes , but was given a sad looking small bush, not the beautiful hoped for tree with delicate large pink n white flowers, just been messed about on this very upsetting thing
have been offered a replacement weeping cherry so that might be a bit better, (they dont do single stem magnolia tree)
not handled very sensitively, steve has apologised but not good experience

this was the thank you memo i sent the day of receipt:
trees arrived today: they are superb.
when i ordered from you, i'd just had a 4 week tousle with a local garden centre who had taken 6 weeks to tell me that they couldn't deliver, and i still haven't been refunded...
to then order from you, to order and receive within the same working week, with prompt, efficient and courteous service, was a most welcome contrast. you even took a late change to the order in your stride.
the trees are gorgeous, the packaging gave them excellent protection, and they comfortably surpass published expectations in terms of spec.

Terrible delivery service
I ordered two 6 foot trees. A very poor attempt was made to reach my house and they were left with strangers at a farm over a mile away. I then had to get both trees in very larger boxes, in my very small car a mile away , wedged in the back of the car, with open boot, driving home hoping that they would not fall out of the back when driving up the hill.
Very disappointing after spending a lot of money.

Great quality tree.
Ordered an olive tree online but phoned first to check stock. The tree was shipped promptly and received within three days. The tree was shipped in a good quality box and was of very good quality. I would order again from these suppliers.

Lovely healthy tree
I ordered a laburnum tree. It arrived a few days later and was about 7 feet tall, very healthy with lots of new shoots. It was extremely well packaged in a large pot and a very tall strong cardboard box. Inside the box, some transparent tape similar to clingfilm had been wound round the branches to protect the new shoots. I am very pleased with my new tree and would not hesitate to order from this site again.

Two very nice trees arrived in good condition well packed, but ignoring delivery instructions
The trees were just fine, and to the expected specificaiton. The only minor quibble I have is that the instructions on where to leave them if we were out were ignored, though this wasn't a big issue.
This was probably because those instructions were on an A4 delivery note folded in half in a plastic wrapper and hence invisible to the courier.

Delighted! Highly recommended.
I ordered two Magnolias. Great status communications regarding my order. They arrived quickly and were very well packaged, the kindly delivery driver even carried them right into the back garden. Delighted with the quality of the magnolias, they are a really good size and the best price by far that I found online.

The quality of the products, the promptness of dispatch and the flawless delivery is impressive.
I am delighted with mail order trees. My brother ordered trees and shrubs last autumn and they were all excellent, so I ordered some myself this spring and am similarly impressed. The tree, Prunus serrula, in particular, is well shaped and will develop, I imagine into an attractive specimen.

A really healthy specimen of a tree
Having gone to a local highly recommended garden nursery to, unsuccessfully, find a particular tree a friend recommended this mail order company. The tree arrived by return of post and is excellent with healthy growth and a very good rootball. Will definitely use again.

It's shooting away
We bought a pineapple bloom tree at a fair price. We were a little concerned about a hand written note saying that the tree would be all right despite the poor quality of some leaves after the extended winter but I felt this was simply caring concern. The tree has simply shot way since it has been planted and looks wonderful. Thank you.

Exceptional standards of trees and excellent customer service
We have ordered a few trees from Mail Order Trees and the quality has been exceptional. Beautiful, healthy trees were delivered within a few days and we were kept informed about delivery dates etc. The website is well worth looking at because the trees were also very reasonably priced, especially in comparison to local garden centers.
