Very efficient and easy perfect for busy landlords
Very good service advertised on Thursday and rented out by sat after first viewing.

Fast, reliable, flexible and efficient!
I couldn't quite believe what an excellent service I've been receiving as a tenant! When I had a query about a property, I got called back after 5mins (in contrast to most other letting agents), then got a very spontaneously required viewing arranged for a few hours later (as I was in the city only that day and it mattered to me - again, other agencies couldn't be bothered) - and as the cherry on top my offer got accepted by the landlord same day - all between 11am and 3pm. A fast, flexible, efficient service - and with reasonable, transparent fees. I am still looking for the catch, but can't find it and don't think there is one! Just amazed. As a German, I completely LOVE efficiency and if something works :-) Big WOW to the Makeurmove team and thanks for your help so far!

Use Makeurmove letting for a trouble free service.
We have been very satisfied with the communication and responses we have received by using Makeurmove to advertise our property for let. The reminder texts have been extremely useful, and we cannot fault the service. Our tenants moved in yesterday, after you had completed the various checks and references on them, and they seem as happy with your service as we are. We will continue to use your services because of the ease of communication between your company, the client and ourselves.

Great service, excellent staff, strongly recommended.
The service is excellent, getting texts to arrange viewings, it is really easy to access your account for updates on your property. Any time I needed to speak with anyone, they were really helpful and knowledgeable.

Fantastic company to deal with - highly recommended
I decided to let my small flat - without using the traditional style of estate agents. I chose an option which involved a small outlay - and was pleasantly surprised by the easy to use website, the professional staff, and the amazing response to my advert.
Within a fortnight I had received a couple of acceptable offers. I decided to accept the offer from a young professional working lady - and she moves into the flat in May 2013.

Very efficient and great service. Above all it was free!!
Within a week of advertising the property through makeurmove, our flat was rented out. The whole process was handled in a most efficient manner.
The communication was excellent, we were regulary updated about the progress.
The website was easy to understand and there was no problem uploading the information and property photographs.
Such excellence was a breath of fresh air!
Will definitiely be using their services again.

Very competent and helpful service
I was a little unsure of what to expect with Makeurmove and I was pleasantly suprised. I was kept up to date at all times by text and or email, I was able to control things too from my side and the service has worked very well. I think that the company has spent a lot of time fine tuning the service to meet the demands of both landlords and tenants. Nothing negative to say and everyone I have spoken to have been very professional and I will definitely recommend and use the company again.

Fabulous service, great communications
For someone not too computer friendly, this service has been great, easy to follow and very fast response. Communications have been brilliant, helpful, friendly and professional. Had lots of viewings straight away and let my property in two days of going live. They have every service you could need and I highly recommend them.

Easy to use service with excellent communication throughout.
I am an experienced landlord, but this is the first time I have used a service like this. I would recommend you try it. It is easy to negotiate the website and set up your advert. You are in regular contact with Makeurmove and can phone them if you are unsure. I used the free to landlords service, but information is available should you require more help. All of this is set out in a clear, concise and accessible way. Will certainly use again - they found a tenant in a matter of days. One small negative - I don't like the music when they put you on hold - obviously a corporate jingle, but creates a down market effect.

Brilliant Service, Reliable, Great Communication, Highly Recommeded
Came across this service through Google, appealed to me because I could use the free service, there was no hidden costs or agenda. Property had a viewing in less than 24 hours of it going live.
Staff very helpful, dealt with Lawrence mainly, he kept me up to date regularly, discussed options and problems. He was very polite.
First viewing, the people took the flat. All sorted in less than a month,

MADE EASY FOR US AS LANDLORD
This was the first time we used makeurmove as landlord, it was made easy to use.
We up loaded are property details up on makeurmove website.
makeurmove gave tips how it will improve interest by staying in contact via text and phone call. They were very helpful, if we had any questions, we only had to phone up and ask.

Excellent service
From a landlords point of view brilliant. Free display on Rightmove, no cost to landlord using free service. Interest did diminish after 5 or 6 weeks, so unfortunately reverted to another site which generated more interest. Slight niggle is waiting time when ringing up Make-ur-Move, on hold, pay potentially put off prospective tenahts, and no one likes being put on hold. Email service is very good and landlord references completed as promised in 3 working days meaning less loss of income from vancant properties as tenant referenced promptly and properties let quicker.

Makeurmove - make letting your house easy
First time landlord and i was worried about how complicated it was going to be and more importantly, how long it was going to take to find tenants. I signed up on Saturday evening, by Monday my property was on all major websites zoopla, rightmove etc.. 6 viewings later i had 2 offers (btw viewing process was so easy, everything is by text so you can manage it in your own time). All in all, it took us 1 week to find people. They have helped me with the gas certificate, the tenancy agreement and the inventory, and everytime i've been on the phone to them, the staff has been great - polite and very helpful. I didn't think that level of customer service still existed nowadays!

A postitive experience of the first time renting my home - would use again and recommend!
Thought this company had a great website and was easy to use - also answered questions quickly via there website. Got our house rented out within 24 horus - whole process quick, simple and with no cost to me the landlady!!
Negative - one viewer turned up who I was not advised about.
Couple of the guys I spoke to on the phone weren't the most helpful or enthusiastic!

A great automated, quick and efficient system (if the application is straightforward)
A great automated system if the application is straightforward. I was very impressed with being able able to book viewings, make an offer, pay application fee and make the application all on line. All valuable time saving tools for all concerned.
However because I made the initial contact, but was not the actual applicant, the system seemed unable to cope with this change of information, which was a little dissapointing. A few minor blips, but nothing that couldn't be sorted out with a phone call, I paticularly found Laurence to be exceptionally helpful and able to deal promptly with any queries or concerns.
As an example this system this feedback request has been sent to me but as you will see below under the heading 'your name' that is the name of the new tenant not me!
I am sure these issues can be ironed out of your systems and I wish you every success.

Very professional service
Appointments for viewings were made quickly via email with updates following swiftly. References were taken quickly and a report was issued. All very clear.
The only complaint was trying to get through on the phone - 3 times I was held in a queue listening to awful music and a stupid recorded message, each time I gave up after 10mins or so, because it was irratating! Having said that, I would use again.

Excellent, fantastic service.
This is a fantastic service! I used to be an estate agent and knew I was capable of doing the admin side, tenancy agreements, legal certificates and inventorys myself, but I had reservations when it came to doing my own credit checking. Also in the current climate I knew that getting the property on the major lettings sites - Rightmove and Zoopla were key to finding a tenant quickly. I was reluctant to pay an agent to do this for me ( I no longer work there) and their costs were rising, so I decided to go it alone. I was delighted to stumble upon Make Ur Move whilst looking for someone to do reasonable priced credit checks. You can speak to a ‘real person’ on the phone, they are very helpful and informative and best of all they found me a suitable tenant and it didn’t cost me anything! I am happy to recommend them!

The Best so far!
I've used Makeurmove five or six times so far and have laway been very happy with the service and results. There system is as reliable as any other I have used, they do most of the arranging of viewing and send out the reminders. Their fees are comptitive and they get results. I will be using then again.

My customer experience with Make ur Move went above and beyond expectations. I only paid a one off fee to advertise my property through make ur move. However from the start I was introduced to Lawrence who took complete ownership of my customer experience. He gave intelligent, useful advice on how to make the most of my advert in order to attract the right tenants. Once we found potential tenants he used his wealth of experience to offer feedback on the documentations received, credit checks and any other areas I needed help with. His support was significant in ensuring that the whole process was completed smoothly from start to finish. I have had a fantastic experience with Make ur Move. Quick, easy and brilliant
I was advised to use Make Ur Move by my sister who has used the site previously to find tenants and could not speak more highly of the website. I have to admit considering I was not paying a thing to advertise I was not expecting a much however I was pleasantly surprised my house was listed on all the large sites including Rightmove and it wasn't down the list as I had not paid anything it was right up there which was nice to see. I literally was inundated with people wanting to view the house, the great thing was it could all be managed on-line including the viewings and if a requested viewing was not suitable I was easily able to state a date and time which was more suitable for me. I was kept up to date via text and email about viewings that had been confirmed, needed to be confirmed or cancelled which was very handy for me. Then after the viewing the Make Ur Move team contacted the potential tenant to find out their thoughts and opinions on the house and I was informed whether they were interested or not. After just over a week of advertising there were 6 people interested in the property, and I was able to negotiate, accept of decline them, once I had decided on who to let the property to I was able to inform them and the reference process began which took a matter of days and is a good way of indicating a individuals affordability etc.
I will most definitely use this webiste again and recommend others to, the team are very helpful, letting via them was extremely easy and the inventory they have provided is brilliant plus its free and all referencing fees are picked up by the tenant.
