A personal service - would recommend
When shopping around on the internet for a fire, I had a list of 10 companies to try.
Most didn't answer the phone, so it was really nice to be greeted by someone on the other end of the phone who not only knew what they were talking about, but were competitively priced too.
All through the order and delivery process I was kept updated and informed.
A personal service that I would recommend to anyone.

Excellent service and great range of products..
Very good experiences and after buying 1 item returned to purchase 2 further items. Owner very helpful and gave us a bit of discount on 2nd purchase but got his sums wrong and had to revise the amount he offered which was a pity. Would absolutely recommend Manchester fireplaces to others.

I e-mailed Manchester Fireplaces Ltd for information about vermiculite and ceramics and received a reply within a few minutes.I put in my order which arrived as advised and now takes takes pride of place in our lounge.Such nice people.

Perfect fit
We ordered a made to measure slate hearth and set of slips from this company. We had them delivered free of charge to our door within 10 days and they fitted a dream.
