Excellent service
I got a violin and it was delivered as promised in excellent condition.
Next day delivery was an advantage, yet it would be better to have the exact or estimated hour of delivery

I couldn't have asked for better service!
This was my first dealing with Mann's Music. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful and made me feel that they were actually interested in my order. They went that extra mile to satisfy my needs and even called me back with information I'd requested. Customer satisfaction is clearly priority with this company.
I've bookmarked Mann's Music iin my favourites for my future musical needs.

Excellent Service.
I needed two adjustable stools, one for piano, another to match. I received first class help, advice and delivery from your young music student salesman - name unknown I'm afraid but I hope this identifies him.
As Colcestrians my husband and I have been customers at Mann's for many years and have never been disappointed.

Excellent customer service!
I bought a black guitar for my daughter and a natural coloured one was delivered. Called Mann's Music and they apologised and the correct one was delivered the next day. Very pleased with the prompt and courteous service. Will continue to use Mann's for all my musical needs. Their prices are very competitive. Very happy.

A fantastic shop with helpful efficient staff
I recently took my 7 year old daughter to Mann's to buy a piano. Despite the fact that she had only had a few lessons the staff were happy to let her 'play' any of the pianos in the showroom.
I had received some good advice about what to buy from a friend, but the staff still went through all the options, giving honest opinions, even though most of them meant buying a cheaper piano to the one I was looking at. I felt nothing was too much trouble, and the staff were very helpful and efficient.
The piano I purchased was delivered within the week, and I will definitely be returning to the shop to purchase all future books and instruments.

Quick, easy and perfect!
It was easy to order off the website and my order arrived two days later even though I had opted for the free service which can take up to about 5 days. Very impressed and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Always helpful, amazing shop.
The staff are really knowledgeable and always helpful. If they haven't got what you want they try to get it for you. When we bought our piano we were shown other options eg cheaper digital pianos and weren't pushed into making a rush decision. On delivery the staff were extremely careful.

excellent he helped us a lot, the young man knew his product knowledge, and helped us purchase what we wanted, he as helped us in the pass, so pleased to see him again
the service & knowledge was acceptable.
My only concern was one of finding out exactly what key the 'Junior Clarinets' are set to play in for School Lessons.
The Key of 'C' is paramount.
The exact same Clarinet was offered through the School Programme and the price was set @ £219-00 inc Vat....
You will remain my first choice when it comes to enquiries & Music Books etc.

Straight forward, efficient and fast!
I felt all the staff I dealt with knew their stuff and were very easy to talk to. Even though I didn't have a clue about violins they did not make me feel stupid! They were very helpful and efficient and I purchased all I needed in no time at all!

Exceptional service

Helpful and knowledgable
We bought a Roland 505 for our son to replace an old upright piano. The options were expalined and demonstrated to us by the owner who did not push us in any direction. The delivery was punctional and the price was competitive.

Top-class
I have been visiting Mann's Music for many years. However, I probably only buy something 1 in 50x, be it some consumables (eg strings, cables, picks) or a music book. Once or twice I have bought something I would call high-value, as on this occasion. Whatever, I am always made welcome and often informed of the shop's latest offerings. I have also noticed recently that Mann's are aware of on-line retail trends and are making efforts to remain competitive. All of this combines to make Mann's the best music shop in my neck of the woods. However, I wonder than the shop does not make a more serious effort to build itself a rep at the high end of the market, where their sales and servicing strengths would I believe have leverage.
An outstanding business with exceptional support and advise.
A very well run music company with staff who go out of their way to ensure that resources are fit for use, value for money and delivered quickly. There are few who can compete with their high standards.

Great service.... at a great price
The service at Manns Music was great, the staff were really friendly and helpful. They went through all the settings on my amp and gave me a guitar I was used to playing. They were much better than the other music shop I went to, where they only gave me a 5 stringed guitarto play with. All in all, Manns Music is an excellent place to go where all the people are friendly and ready to help. :)

Great knowledge of instruments and very helpfull.
We visited the shop to buy a ukulele for my son. The assistant explained the differences between all of their range and played all of them for us.......over and over as we could not make up our minds! Very helpfull and a pleasure to deal with, would recommend them to anyone.

Fair pricing, good stock and friendly staff
I bought a Squier Classic Vibe Telecaster Custom from Mann's here in Colchester. Lovely guitar and all that, but I guess the store is in focus here. The stock, mainly Fender guitars (which I have absolutely no problem with; I'm a Fender kinda guy), is quite varied. Sure, there are things you won't find in the store, but there's the online store too!
Anyway, I just asked if I could try some guitars, and was led down a flight of stairs to a place I could plug in and give it a spin. They didn't ask "are you going to buy it?" or anything like that in advance, which I have experienced with certain music stores, no. They just handed me the axe, setup the amp, and gave me a smile and a green light to go!
With the purchase I also got a free gigbag, and a free set of strings!
The main point, I feel, is the staff. They seemed to both know very well, and loved, what they were doing. They managed to appear very casual and friendly, while still maintaining an air of professionalism. The can only think of one other music store I've been to in England with a staff nearly that good, so props to them!
