Great price, free delivery and arrived next day.
Had ordered this on Amazon but it was out of stock for weeks - literally. Had a look for an alternative seller and stumbled upon Mann's who had the item in stock and cheaper. Bought from Mann's and cancelled order from Amazon.

Excellent service
This is a really wonderful shop, haven't visited but have made four online purchases, the speed of delivery is amazing, even over the Christmas week I received next day delivery, the people concerned couldn't have been more helpful, if only all shops could offer this kind of service and friendliness.

Friendly, helpful service.
After speaking to the store owner regarding a digital piano for our daughter and calling in as the store was closing we were very pleased with the information provided and wanted to use this local independant store. The service was brilliant as the piano was delivered the next morning after a phone call to confirm the sale.

Very good assortment, low price, good advice
Mann's music is an excellent shop for buying guitars and equipment in Colchester. I recently bought a Yamaha electro-acoustic APX 700 II and this guitar is awesome. The sales assistant played some riffs on it in comparison to another guitar, so the difference between the two became clear to me after a while. The price of the guitar is as low as if I would have purchased it on the internet.

Although the staff were helpful in some regards they would not go out of their way to help. I have in the past been able to negotiate a discount but this time there was no bargain; surprising as I was purchasing so much.

People who deserve all the custom they can get
This company is nationally known as suppliers of musical instruments and much more. They take a personal interest in their customers, and in my case, could not have done more to make my purchase completely successful, with sound and knowledgeable initial advice, easy terms, personal delivery, and good follow up. If it is anything musical you want, I cannot recommend them highly enough - they shine in a retail world full of mediocre service and clueless assistants. Top marks to Tim Mann.

Can't see how you could better this service.
I ordered a new saxophone stand with a clarinet peg attached,(fed up with my clarinet rolling around in the dark under my seat.)
It was delivered the next day and the price I paid was excellent value for money, with free delivery too. I am a very happy bunny.

I was worried as I waited 3 weeks for a drum that I had purchased and it had not arrived, to avoid it not reaching my daughters birthday, Manns Music put another in the post which arrived in time, and I was able to return the other... the service is excellent, cannot fault it!!!

Quick delivery, best price but damaged box
Received very quickly but box arrived with dents and a hole in the box. Fortunately the guitar was inside another box within the outer one and was undamaged. Pleased with the speed of delivery and the best price I could find.

Very nice and knowledgeable people to deal with.
I bought a Yamaha LJ16 guitar and have had it for just a week, and I'm very pleased with it. I spent almost 2 hours in Mann's Music shop and they couldn't have been nicer they even put a better set of strings on so I could try it out. I liked it so bought it and they gave me a very deal. I felt very confident about them and would buy from them again, albeit that might be well in the future as I don't buy guitars very often.
