I rang 365 Electrical rather than just order on line as a Major Company had taken my order and their regular delivery agents driver was anything but helpful. The American fridge freezer I had ordered as a present to my daughter and family was not delivered. The driver on arrival would not deliver to a house with more than 4 steps up to it. My daughter lives in Caterham, Surrey an area where a large percentage of houses are on hill sides. The driver despite being double crewed grumbled about the weight and the fact he would have to take the doors off to get it in the house suggested my daughter order a lighter fridge freezer that could be fastened together after delivery. The item was not delivered.
Having spoke to Nic in 365 sales and explained the experience with the Major company he took order for the same model and arranged for next day delivery. This was carried out on time with a double crewed delivery team who delivered the Fridge freezer right to its place in the kitchen. It was not an easy task apparently but they prepared and delivered without any grumbles. This was unlike the Major companies jobsworth of a driver whose negativity cost the Major Company a £750 sale. 365 made you feel a valued customer, My thanks to 365 sales and a special thanks to the delivery team.
I cancelled my order from one shop because they couldn't the get the dishwasher I wanted. I rang up marks electrical at 5pm to order it , they said they could deliver it the next day. Thy gave me a text at 7pm to to tell me within an hour of when it would be delivered and it was delivered within that hour the next day. So I think it was excellent service
The order was quick and easy, they delivered next day (on a Saturday!), they guy who came around was professional and on time, the fridge was quickly dropped off and they really explained what to do if any issues.
The goods were delivered within the time frame which was good However, being somewhat old fashioned I did expect help with removing the packaging, but it seems that customer care is now a paid for extra. As I am on my own it was a bit of a struggle. I usually use local shops,they obviously have a different policy
Notified night before of approximate time you would deliver and rung at 7.30am to say you would be with me in half hour. 30 mins later I have a brand new fridge in my house.
From conception to completion there was a refreshing ease when dealing with every member of Marks Electrical staff. Yes we are paying for a product and service however in todays climate a lot of companies are all about the money and not about the customer service whereas Marks Electrical are totally different.
Washing machine not installed properly. Hard to get hold of on the phone. Still waiting for the re-installation team to show up. Not explained how the money back works. Not explained how the extended warranty works.
People are nice when you finally get hold of one but still no working washing machine!
Needed my island hood to complete kitchen as original order company left me down
at the last moment.
The hood arrived less than 24hrs after order and completed the job on time.

We purchased a Candy washer, the delivery came on time as stated, but there was a problem as when it was unpacked there was some cosmetic damage to the top, as soon as we telephoned Marks they arranged to have a replacement sent the very next day, top class company
as have said before,if you order from marks electrical, they keep their promise and the whole transaction goes as smooth as silk.cant fault them at all.
Dealing with Marks Electrical has been a pleasure. It has been very reassuring to have such helpful and pleasant personnel to assist in buying an expensive item that we had little technical knowledge of. Delivery was straightforward with no problems. Having chosen carefully I found the dishwasher delivered didn't quite meet the specifications on the web site. After calling Marks Electrical they immediately rectified their minor mistake (but which mattered to me) and refunded a suitable difference.
What could have been a stressful time arguing the difference and changing items was made perfectly smooth by their vary helpful and knowledgeable staff.
they are very friendly, very helpful, and agve us as much information as we possible.
Delivery was very good with a delivery time slot, and very prompt on delivery, didn't have to wait around all day.
i thoroughly recommend them.
My dishwasher arrived without a scratch and just 5 days after ordering.
The delivery man phoned to see if it was convenient to bring it at 7.30 am as our slot was between 8 am and 10 am. Great!

Our Bosch fridge freezer arrived in perfect condition. It was unwrapped and placed into its final position by a very cheery and polite delivery man. Overall we had a great price, a more than sufficient range of delivery options and a courteous delivery man. I'd happily use Marks Electrical again.

In all honesty, I am very hard to impress so when Marks Electrical promised delivery of two kitchen appliances with delivery less than two days after a Bank Holiday, I was very surpised when they arrived and in perfect working order! This company deserves to succeed as they supply a wide range of goods, at very competitive prices including free delivery to our address.
Right from initial order to delivery, this company clearly trains their employees to offer a first class service. It took less than thirty seconds from ordering to receiving an email confirming my order and as promised by the end of the same day I knew when to expect delivery which came on the following morning!
Marks Electrical is without doubt the most efficient company which I have ordered goods from on the internet. I did read the Trust Pilot reviews which I value before ordering as I had been seriously let down by a well known electrical goods supplier previously. In future if Marks can supply what I want, I will have no reservations about placing more orders with them.
The price was the best I could find for the item I wanted. The information about the item was complete and the delivery , in this case was next day. the delivery was made 15 mins into the two hour slot I was given and the delivery men were most helpful and polite.
The products I wanted were not stock items, and the site directed me to ring for details. Quick and helpful service, with continuity of sales person. Very competitive pricing, and the timescales given for getting all six appliances were exactly the times achieved, and full delivery met. One product slightly damaged inside packaging, not down to Marks Electrical, and immediate and helpful response to order replacement. I would have no hesitation in recommending to everyone.
Brilliant service, all our questions were answered quickly and we were offered a quick delivery. the delivery team fitted the cooker brilliantly. Loving the cooker, it looks amazing in the kitchen, and is so easy to use. We will definitely use marks electrical again.
