Order a tumble dryer from john Lewis and they delivered the wrong one, and were then going to take a 10 days to exchange it. I cancelled the order and, following a recommendation , looked up marks electrical. Ordered the model I wanted (with £40 off) at 2pm Friday afternoon, got a text that evening advising of a 2 hour delivery slot for the next day. Delightful delivery man turned up saturday afternoon and helped me get it in place. Will go nowhere else for electricals going forward. Fantastic service!
