Whilst browsing Amazon for a DVD player, I visited Marks Electrical who had the product in stock. I started to fill in the order, but only got as far as my name/address/phone number before being called away from my desk to deal with something else. Shortly afterwards I received a courtesy call from Marks Elec. to ask if there was a problem with their website, and could they assist me? When I explained what has occurred they rang off, processed my order and then called back to take my payment. The player was delivered next day, within the time slot they quoted and was connected and working within a few minutes. Great service, and highly recommended. Thank you Marks Elec.
