I was in the middle of ordering on-line when I had a phone call from a person in the sales team who advised me the the three Neff items I was ordering were not in stock, but would check availability with Neff. Came back to me within the hour to say that two items would be with them on Wednesday and the other one was due from Germany and would be with them the following Monday. On Monday afternoon I received an email asking me to arrange delivery, which I did and took delivery just after 10.00 the following morning. I was very impressed considering I was ordering on a Sunday afternoon and the time scale was exactly as I was told.
