Bought a fridge freezer, cost me nearly £900 . It turned up with a scratch on it, informed marks electrical , who told me the door with the scratch on should be replaced in about 10 days, 3 weeks later had to contact them again as still not sorted, and told that Samsung should be contacting me, that same day Samsung phoned me to tell me they have tried to contact me, but don't leave me any details on how to contact them back, missed call but no number to get back to them, funny how they phone me on the day I ask what's happening !!! Am annoyed I have to chase up problem . Not happy
