The service that I have had from Marks Electrical has been brilliant and in Particular Angela Dryden who has been so helpful, so much so I have now purchase four items.

From first contact and placing order I was impressed with the service I received.
Date was given for delivery and was stuck to, no delays. Delivery driver was polite and efficient, phoned to let me know arrival time.
Only downside was getting rid of the packing that my range came in, but all in all very satisfied - would highly recommend this company
The salesman was helpful without being pushy. My only criticism is that the delivery time slot was not kept to and it wasn't until 40 minutes after the time slot that we received a call saying they were running late.
Bought a upright Freezer. Price checked similar items in stores and on line. Bought it from Marks, larger captaincy and cheapest. Delivered in 2 hour slot 2 days later. I have previously purchased from Marks, service is excellent. I would recommend without reservation.
Ordered a cooker hood online. E mails and texts were sent keeping me informed all the way until the delivery. The delivery time/day was given the previous day, and they arrived on time in their own van from Leicester to Sussex at 9 am!. Recommend them most highly and will use them again.

Very helpful person when I placed my order, was given the option of having my cooker delivered within 2 days of placing the order. I received an e mail and a text the day before to inform me of my 2 hour window for delivery, then received a phone call from the delivery guy to let me know that he was 45 mins away. Excellent customer service!!
Then most important of all....I purchased my cooker for cheaper than I could buy it anywhere!! One very very satisfied customer .
You know these people at Marks Electrical are marvelous. They went out of their way and changed the order without a hitch because we changed our mind. And guess what even though the fridge was not in stock and was supposed to have taken 10 days to arrive and because we wanted it urgently, they sent their van to collect it from the manufacturer and we got it within three days. Furthermore because the shop price was different from the online price they gave us a discount and they refunded £31.02 back to us. I was told their dispatch people came within the two hour slot as well as have a very polite and courteous service. In closure I would like to say the experience of buying from them is ecstatic and it's out of this world. Definitely yo be recommended to any Tom, Dick or Harry who wants to buy electrical appliances for the home. No wonder the big players like [External reference], [External reference], [External reference] and the likes have folded their businesses as they are no match to Marks Electricals, the best name in home appliances.
An extra journey
Needed a new washing machine, I really wanted a Five Year Parts and Labour warranty. I looked online and found Marks Electrical website, I phoned and asked the questions I needed answering. The sales person was knowledgeable and patient. Having ordered and paid for the item I was kept informed by text and email on the progress of the order. Item arrived on time being delivered by a helpful and polite guy called Chris. He unpacked item, explained about transit packaging etc. all in all, a five star service, with a great price. Highly recommended
An excellent range of products, the cooker I wanted was out of stock, it was ordered from the manufacturer and I had regular email updates and within less than a week it was delivered to the warehouse and delivered to me the very next day, staff in the shop were first class as were the delivery men and to top it all they were so much cheaper than other big name rivals,
The telephone customer service was great and Angela took the time to personally inspect the Dyson vacuum cleaner to answer my questions fully before purchase. They're the cheapest supplier I could find and I ordered the Dyson by phone the following and Joseph made it a pleasant experience.
Delivery day was my choice and it arrived on time with confirmation emails and delivery van phone call 30 minutes before arriving.
Highly recommended.and will buy from them again.
Very impressed, my mum is 84 and needed a cooker, we purchased the cooker for next day delivery so I could be there when delivered, we got email to confirm purchase we got an email to say what time slot she had and the names of the men who will be delivering it, the day of the delivery I received a phone call to let me know they would be there with in half hour, true to their word and spot on time of delivery, very polite and helpful, I would recommend these to any one, outstanding customer service. We won't be shopping any where else for any appliance from now on, thank you, stress free and satisfied!
Brought a new cooker from Argos 4 weeks later it still hadn't arrived, went and cancelled it, within 15 mins I had purchased a better model from Marks Electricals...delivered the next day thank you guys.....:)) x

I needed help with changing my old built in cooker for a new one. I had help with the measurements to make sure it would fit. The service was excellent and delivery was the next day. Excellent company a pleasure to do business with. After searching the internet, this site was the cheapest by far for the electrical items I wanted.
I ordered my goods and was able to choose a delivery date immediately, this then said that I would receive an e-mail the night before giving me a 2 hour window slot estimated delivery time and that I would recieve a phone call 30 minutes before delivery. This was wonderful and helped me plan my day without having to waste time waiting for hours.
My delivery was the exact time they gave me. Very good service indeed!!
I would not recommend marks electrical to anyone. Was meant to receive item on Thursday morning and then Friday at approximately 10am then Friday between 3pm and 5pm. It arrived at 7.20pm Friday evening. They do not know their arse from elbow. They did not unwrap or install. Customer service do not help. Sales man in show room was helpful and tried his best but could not keep to what he promised. Would never use this company again. I hope never to have an experience as stressful as this again.
Ordered a LG fridge freezer. Great customer service by phone. Deliver date agreed at time of purchase. Email received night before delivery with 2 hour delivery slot - none of this staying home all day!! The email included names of drivers with contact phone numbers. Great service - highly recommended!!!

I have just purchased my 3rd item from Marks Electrical and, as usual, it was value for money (a lot cheaper than Argos, Currys, etc.) and delivered by friendly staff ahead of time (2 hour delivery slots are really useful).
Decided on product, seached the web, found Marks Electical about same price but with 5 year warranty displayed and next day delivery.
Had text night before with app. time and phone call 1 hour befor arrival.
Very good service.
