Got the lot...

Ordered that American fridge freezer that I have always wanted and a small fridge for utility room. I love my Samsung ECObubble wahing machine and my condensor dryer. The chap was really friendly and helpful and although he made me aware of stock problems with 1 or 2 items kept me up to date....received everything just in time and delivery service was fabulous.

helpful on product choice, but delivery four days later than expected in the end due to the office cancelling and not informing me - delivery men themselves not to blame

I would definitely use them again, one thing really stood out and that was they emailed and text me the evening before the delivery and gave me a two hour time slot for when my goods would be delivered and telephoned 30 mins before to confirm they were on their way. This allowed me to get a lot of my usual things done with little to no inconvenience. Such a simple thing to do, but greatly appreciated; who hasn't waited in all day for a delivery only for it to turn up at 4:30pm and you've wasted a whole day.

Excellent all round

Easy, economical & quick.
Ordered a Miele washing machine at lunchtime on Friday & luckily was still able to get it on the truck & delivered first thing Saturday morning.
Driver was on time, friendly & very helpful getting the machine inside in position.
I was a bit nervous buying from Marks as I thought that much cheaper than John Lewis might mean poor service, but it was a totally painless experience.

I phoned to buy washing machine on Friday lunchtime and it was delivered free of charge mid afternoon on Saturday! Great communication via email and mobile to alert me of expected delivery time and a further call 30 mins before delivery arrival.
Very cheerful chap on the purchasing phone call and equally jolly van driver, delivering the machine. I will use this company again and have already recommended them to friends! Well done 365 / Mark's Electrical

Excellent, reliable ...... I found your local and personal service excellent and highly recommend.

I shopped online however conducted my transaction on the telephone. The guy (think Joe) could not have done anything further to make experience any better. Service was highly professnal, individual for my needs. Made me feel like I was getting personal care by someone that cared. This is my second experience with the company and would recommend highly over other high street alternatives.
Selection of products and availability was good, personal service really stood out for me.

After trying to buy 2 dishwashers with another company and them letting me down, called marks electrical who guaranteed delivery next day, was so simple to order, very efficient, polite, even text you with drivers name and two hour delivery slot notice! Product arrived safe and sound, big thanks to the fantastic delivery man who was very helpful and patient.

Loved the show room, plenty of electricals to chose from. Really friendly, helpful staff. Delivery was next day and FREE. Really happy with our new fridgefreezer. We did compare the price online and Marks Electrical were the cheapest . Highly recommended.

I rated 5 star as this company have done everything they said they would,ordered late afternoon delivered next morning.

Had not heard of this company before. After a bad experience of buying from another company 6 months ago. MarksElectrical has installed faith in me that their are good companies out there who believe in service. Ordered late afternoon delivered next morning 08.30. Was e mailed night before of my 2 hour window slot and the driver phoned me when he was about 45 minutes away. Not even my local supplier could do this would have had to wait 4 days and the price was even cheaper at Marks Electrical with free delivery. I will deal with these guys again as and when. They deserve the 5 stars.

I Ordered the fridge on Thursday and delivered two days later on the Saturday.
It was the best price I could find on the net and it was delivered on a Saturday for FREE!.
It is the first place I will look in future for anything electrical.

From going into the shop in Leicester and getting first rate service and I might add with a smile to being kept informed of the status of the order and then receiving a top job with the two delivery men who put it all together it was a pleasure doing business with Marks Electrical.
