From going into the shop in Leicester and getting first rate service and I might add with a smile to being kept informed of the status of the order and then receiving a top job with the two delivery men who put it all together it was a pleasure doing business with Marks Electrical. Will definitely go there again when needing a new appliance. To top it all the prices were excellent as well!!!!

Great company, great service.

Really good service.

Unfortunately the two delivery drivers were the most miserable pair of s.ds that have ever delivered to our house. Even complaining that they had to pick the new cooker up.

Excellant and first class service throughout from ordering to delivery
Orderd the washing machine over telephone, very friendly operator, confirmed withinfive minutes by E-Mail with delivery notes. The delivery was confirmed the night before by SMS and E-Mail with a time slott of 10 - 12 noon. I had a telephone call at 8.30am on day of delivery to say the van had broken down and delivery was delayed until noon to 2pm. Delivery arriver 1.30 pm. very pleasant delivery driver.

Disapointed
Following a serious gas leak in my previous high level grille cooker cannot fault the excellent way in which my instructions to purchase a replacement New World cooker
were carried out. The cooker arrived within the two hour of the slot given and the delivery drivers was both courteous and helpful. The plumber was unable to complete
the installation because it was found that a copper pipe and fittings was missing from the packing. 365 Electrical arranged replacement which arrived next day.. Unfortunately I am now faced with the possibility of a double labour charge from the plumber, who was unable to complete the installation. I would welcome you comment on this.

Hard to beat.
From first contact I found all the sales people most helpful and well informed. They were able to answer all my questions and offer alternative products for consideration. Their prices overall are very competitive and I was disappointed when they were unable to provide my choice of refridgerator to go with dishwasher, gas cooker and hood. However, no false promises were made which I found refreshing. Delivery was exactly as promised and some minor damage (not of their making) was resolved within hours. Highly recommended, I hope they keep up the standard which is often sadly missing in this country.

A speedy And reliable service
I ordered my gas hob on Monday afternoon. 24 hours later it arrived! Not only that, but I had the added convenience of been offered a 2 hour window for delivery. If only other companies could provide such a customer-friendly service.

Excellent value, excellent service, and excellent delivery.
I was searching the internet for a range cooker, that was within our price budget. I cannot recommend this company more. They are extremely helpful, and friendly, and purchased the exact item I was looking for at a really good price.
Everything was delivered within 2 weeks, 1 item was out of stock, delivery man went out of his way to help, as I am on my own, and was unable to get the appliances in my home.
I would definately recommend Marks electrical to anyone wanting to purchase any kitchen appliance.
