YOUR SIMPLY THE BEST, BETTER THAN ALL THE REST
THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE HAVE ORDERED FROM MARKS ELECTRICAL THE FIRST BEING AN OVEN WHICH IS SUPERB TO USE COOKS EVENLY. SECOND IS A WASHING MACHINE AN INDESIT ORDERED IT ONE DAY IT WAS DELIVERED THE NEXT. AND THEY TAKE THE OLD ONE AWAY FOR A SMALL FEE, BRILLIANT SERVICE EXCELLENT WASHER WILL USE MARKS ELECTRICAL AGAIN WHEN WE NEED TO THANK YOU

Great Choice, good value and helpful service

Excellent value, excellent service, and excellent delivery.
I was searching the internet for a range cooker, that was within our price budget. I cannot recommend this company more. They are extremely helpful, and friendly, and purchased the exact item I was looking for at a really good price.
Everything was delivered within 2 weeks, 1 item was out of stock, delivery man went out of his way to help, as I am on my own, and was unable to get the appliances in my home.
I would definately recommend Marks electrical to anyone wanting to purchase any kitchen appliance.

Excellent service, helpful and did everything required.
Customer serivce was excellent, product knowledge of the gentleman that helped was me great. No hassles with ordering, were cheaper than Comet as checked the same day. Delivery was excellent, had a text and an email to confirm and also the driver phoned me 30mins prior to delivery which was good.
Would definitely use marks Electrical again.

Prompt service, the only negative i would say is that the driver said you have 48 hours to ring with any faults, this is hard when you are having a kitchen installed.

Forget the rest Marks Electrical is the best.
Walked in to the store and went to Cristian who served us before. We waited for him asked his advice chose the cooker and then went to Bardon to collect it. All within two hours. No time wasting or trips to half a dozen stores before we got one.

Impressive in every way from sales through to delivery.
We were extremely impressed with the service from walking through the door and the friendly helpful but professional greeting. We were shown to the products we were interested in and advised and then left to peruse and make up our minds. Upon deciding the service we received was outstanding and very professional and courteous. We were delighted to hear that our new dishwasher could be delivered next day. We received the email confirming our slot and it turned up on the dot delivered by 2 helpful and friendly men who placed it exactly where we wanted it and then even asked us if we wanted the old one disposing of - result! Couldn't fault any of it from start to finish. Would highly recommend marks Electrical to all. We will definitely be heading straight there the next time we require any appliance. Thank you!

I would go straight to Marks in future and not bother wasting time on other sites!

Really impressed - would use again & recommend to others
This is my first experience of using this company. I was looking for a range oven, and found the model I wanted on this website and it was considerably cheaper than anywhere else. As promised, received an email when oven was in warehouse & booking a delivery date online was quick and easy. Also received a text the night before with a 2 hour delivery slot, plus the delivery men called when they were 20 mins away. Hard working, polite delivery guys. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Cheaper products than anywhere else we looked at. Really pleased with the purchase. Will definitely use Marks Electrical again and would recommend to others.

Outstanding service
Excellent shop displays and was able to buy at Web prices. Fully informed of order status by SMS & e-mail. Item delivered on time and with only 1 day after we requested the day of delivery (on a Saturday too). Would recommend to anyone.

Friendly , lots of choice and punctual.
If you need anything electrical go to marks electricals , they have lots of choice you dont have to go into town so parking is easy and they do next day delivery which i find a plus when you want something delivered at the weekend. they also give you a one hour slot so your not committed to wait in all day.

My new favourite company!
Order a tumble dryer from john Lewis and they delivered the wrong one, and were then going to take a 10 days to exchange it. I cancelled the order and, following a recommendation , looked up marks electrical. Ordered the model I wanted (with £40 off) at 2pm Friday afternoon, got a text that evening advising of a 2 hour delivery slot for the next day. Delightful delivery man turned up saturday afternoon and helped me get it in place. Will go nowhere else for electricals going forward. Fantastic service!

Everything went smoothly.
The company itself are great. Very helpful. Item delivered on time and with no problems. Not actually used cooker yet, as not moved in, til end of month. Everything so far, great.

Disappointing after-sales service
Ordered a chest freezer online. Described as having one small dent to front. When it arrived it had several other dents, including a couple to the interior. Phoned up and received a very abrupt response. No apology for item not being as advertised, but ...what do you expect - the machine clearly isn't new! Was told the dents to the inside were normal. When I checked this with the manufacturer they said that wasn't so. Promised phone calls from Marks didn't happen. When we phoned the shop to try and speak to the person we had been dealing with, he was never available. It was only when passed to a lady called Amy that we finally received helpful and courteous customer service.

A company where buying is made a pleasure rather than a hassle
Purchased an oven and hob. After viewing website phoned in order, delivery date was agreed and goods arrived as promised. Price was the most attractive found on the internet. Cannot fault any part of the service and expect to use Marks Electrical for future purchases.

Marks Electrical so far, have been wonderful from initial sales contact through to delivery of our items.
We came across Marks Electrical when we where searching the web for a new Range Oven, Chimney Hood, and Integrated Frost Free Fridge Freezer.
The Sales manager we dealt with was very helpful, explaining their stock procedures, delivery procedures etc., and even reduced the price of the items we wanted on this occasion.
Further more as we didn't want delivery immediately, they stored or delayed delivery until a time suitable for us. They even offered to delay us having to pay for the items until time of delivery.
The delivery went very smoothly, we had the option of a one man or two man delivery team, and we where contacted the day before delivery by email, contacted on the day by text and I think we where even called one hour before delivery.
The delivery guy was very friendly and very helpful. It is their own delivery team - they do not normally rely on a 3rd party to deliver.
We are really looking forward to using our new products but I must say, although we have had the products 3 days so far, our kitchen is not being fitted until next week, and as space is extremely limited to move, it has not been possible to physically unpack and check the items yet.
So our 1st experience with Marks is faultless so far, very smooth from start to finish

The best decision I ever made!!
I decided to buy a washing machine and decided on using Marks Electrical....... what a good choice I made! I ordered the washing machine at 13.30 on the friday afternoon, confirmation arrived within seconds of placing the order with all the instructions i needed, and at 0830 on the saturday morning my machine was sitting in my utility, and being used by 10.00!!!! What better service could you ask for. The drivers were polite efficient and I even received a text to tell me their names before they arrived. They callled 30 minutes before arrival to let me know they were on their way. And with all my research on prices they were even the cheapest to boot. Well done Marks electrical you have a customer for life and fully recommended without a doubt, Thank you

Excellent price and very quick delivery
Almost the best price on line, but having the best delivery time frame made it a simple choice.
The communication was excellent from start to finish.
Allocated time for delivery and a call just prior to delivery made it a effortless experience.

Shambolic service!!
On reporting I had been sent goods that were dirty with the wrong instructions and damaged packaging. I was told they would get back to me.
I then had to call back three times over the course of the day each time given an excuse to why '?' wasn't available when I finally did speak to '?'.I was offered 10% off the goods as it had a manufactures guarantee should anything be wrong with the goods or to wait up to 3-4 weeks for the new goods be delivered.
Service was arrogant at best and at no time did a member of staff apologise or contact me to resolve the issues raised.
As a result I will be taking my money elsewhere my kitchen is only half finish and I still had a fridge - freezer to purcahse and other kitchen electrical goods. I have already purchased my oven from John Lewis.
