Just hassle if you have an issue with the appliance (when comparison with other high street retailers)..
Obviously I don't by fridges everyday, but at £1,500 if it is defective at arrival I'd simply expect a new one.. not with Marks Electrical.. they simply log a ticket with the manufacturer which then hire a repairer, which then visits, then goes away to order the part.. then.. (I'm not there yet).. still have a defective fridge..
Marks Electrical simply has the greatest service I have experienced whilst shopping online.
I moved delivery dates and times to allow building works to be finished at home, and it was not an issue in the slightest.
My new cooker looks amazing and was over £100 cheaper, even after delivery and removal of our old appliance!
Will definitely be using again.
Really impressed with the service, super helpful and efficient. I received a call exactly when marks electrical said the night before my delivery and I got a call half an hour before delivery. The courier himself was fab, really went the extra mile.
I was very impressed by the full service provided to us by Marks Electrical. We ordered a range cooker and a dishwasher and an extractor fan. The gentleman who took the order on the phone was very polite and said he would email me with the delivery date for the cooker as they did not have them in stock, he did email me and the cooker came on the date as promised. The delivery van came within the 2 hour slot I was given, the delivery man was polite and informative. We have not connected the goods up yet as we are getting the kitchen fitted this week but I'm sure they will be fine. I would definitely use Marks Electrical again..
Ordered goods on the phone and the sales team were fantastic, only critism I found was that the web site didnt give enough info e.g I was ordering a coloured range cooker and it said 8 to 14 days delivery on the web but when I rang up I was told 4 weeks
My first time ordering with Marks Electrical, and I had some reservations as it all seemed very easy and straightforward, with very speedy delivery.
I need not have worried. The delivery was a few hours late, but they didt everything they could to keep me informed and apologised several times, even though it was due to an incident on the M5.
Great product, and the price was very competitive. Only criticism... the credit card surcharge!

Ordered a cooker on a Tuesday, it was delivered the next day just as they promised.
I was given a time slot when it would be delivered and true to their word it arrived within the time they said it would.
The service was excellent and I would certainly contact them again should I need any other appliance.

A faultless experience. Quality item at a very reasonable price. Next day delivery and I was even told the day I purchased it when the one hour time slot would be the next day. And they arrived fifteen minutes into the time slot. Two very pleasant, smiling young men who took my item round to the back of my house, into the back door and into the kitchen, ready for installation.

We had been searching for a Neff oven for a few days over the Internet when I came across Marks Electrical. We had been let down by another supplier and were reluctant to order again online. Initially what gained our interest were the competitive prices but having logged onto their extremely user friendly website we were then reassured by the fact that they had showrooms.
The big bonus was that they could deliver within a two hour time slot. Having placed our order the communication was first rate, they did everything that they promised. Delivery was on time with a very helpful driver.

This is the fourth item I have purchased from Marks Electricals. They are great on price, service and the delivery is exceptional. You are informed of the delivery time slot the night before and are contacted on the day with the approximate time the delivery will be at the property.
I am so impressed by the service I have received from beginning to end. What a refreshing change in this crazy world we now live in. Having suffered a tortuous process with another leading retailer, resulting in a refund; what a refreshing shopping experience with Marks Electrical!! From order to delivery; it was fanastic.
I was very impressed with the helpful sales persons advice on which product to choose and the speed of delivery; including the time slot. I was advised between 2-4pm; exactly 2pm a friendly driver delivered our F/F and we are delighted with the product.

Whilst browsing Amazon for a DVD player, I visited Marks Electrical who had the product in stock. I started to fill in the order, but only got as far as my name/address/phone number before being called away from my desk to deal with something else. Shortly afterwards I received a courtesy call from Marks Elec. to ask if there was a problem with their website, and could they assist me? When I explained what has occurred they rang off, processed my order and then called back to take my payment. The player was delivered next day, within the time slot they quoted and was connected and working within a few minutes.

Bought a baumatic microwave for my daughter after trawling re suitable models. Marks had the item in stock & their free delivery even extended to a Saturday delivery so we had the item in 2 days & next day would have been possible had it suited me. No delays & communication re delivery [which was early but advised also] was excellent. Would definitely use again
buying another dishwasher after a 9 year old machine failed me, I wasn't best pleased to have to find 2 3 even 4 hundred pounds, so on Marks web site I was pleased to see a couple of machines for £200, checked it out all seemed fine regarding price! So placed my order on line for next day delivery, great, my order acknowledged, and time window given and in deed the next day delivery arrived by a van & a man in a branded van' with a big grin can't ask for more, well not a lot more!

Very good web site, decided to ring my order through, very helpful sales agent took my order. Invoice was emailed straight through and the night before received an email with delivery time, drivers details and number. The cooker was delivered unpacked for us and the packaging and old cooker taken away.
My queries were answered fully and patiently. I was in a hurry and anxious to receive my goods (Range cooker) within a time frame. This was done perfectly!

Helpful assistance from first call to prompt delivery ahead of expected date. Great notification of delivery times. Very helpful when credit card company decided to become officious.
Shame delivery driver very keen to not try getting it through the front door, with careful suggestion he did take it through the doors at the back but no further as he said it would not go in without unpacking - this proved not to be the case when my partner and I did it ourselves.
