response to a complaint
I complained about a failed potato crop and was told that although it was not my fault for the failure neither was it theirs.Nothing therefore was to done not even a good will gesture.The reply via e-mail was ,I found curt and unhelpful.

Worst service ever
I have ordered products from Marshalls Seeds three times in the past 3 years and every time there was an issue and I had to take the initiative to solve it.
With two orders, I had to call after a month to ask when I could expect the products to arrive. In both cases the orders were cancelled due to shipping issues but Marshalls had failed to inform me.
Once I complained by email about the viability of the seeds I received but I never got an answer back.
Of all companies I do on-line business with, this is by far the worst.

Good service and great results
I always use this site to order seeds as they are cheap and have fast devlivery times, There are loads of offers like free veg growing calender that is really usefull. I would recommond this company to any one interested in grown their own veg/fruit.
