a good company to deal with. very good value and a very. effient service
my husband and i bought a mattress from the mattress man on the 9th may 2013. we did not require a timed delivery date so gave a date that would suit us but no time for delivery was given.this meant no charge for delivery .the mattress arrived 12 md. the very helpful driver carried it to the front door. he would have helped us further if further help had been needed. we are extremely pleased with our mattress and the service we received from the mattress man. mrs j westcott.

Would use again.
Brought bed and mattress, quick service, delivered when said, Although bed looked a little flimsey, it is quite comfortable, and sound once put together. It took an hour to make up with 2 people.

Brilliant service and very good value for money products

Having ordered previously from Mattressman, I was more than happy to order from them again. I was kept up todate when the items were despatched,and said items arrived on the specified date. My one reservation was that the delivery man did not wish to wait whilst I inspected the actual goods,and this despite the fact that I assisted him to bring the items in (and I am in my eighties!!!). In the end,he left before I gad a chance to carry out the inspection that Mattressman strongly adivise to do. But in any event,the goods were first rate,and considerably cheaper than other online suppliers of the same items. Would I buy from Mattrassman again? Yes;yes;yes...

Great service .Really helpful to have text evening before delivery with your 2 hour time slot. Delivery service time excellent and arrived within stated time. Friendly impartial advice in store prior to choosing mattress. Had already ordered a mattress for my son 3 months prior to ordering second order for another son and would definitely order from you again.

no more back ache great
I would recommend you to other people ,and quick ,the delivery man moaned a bit ,as I live on the top floor ,there is a lift to all floors ,which will take up to 54inches in width ,when filling out your form it did not allow me to finish writing instructions,but overhaul great yours w beaney

Good overall service
Good range of products. Wanted a 4ft bed and had the best range of beds and mattresses. Had my text the evening before delivery, only criticism was given time of 7.45 to 9.45am for the delivery and turned up at 7.15am.

Excellent Service
I ordered two special sized mattresses, I was expecting to wait about three weeks for these mattresses to be made, but they were delivered in just over a week. The mattresses themselves were of excellent quality, I am very pleased with my experience with Mattressman and will definitely use them again.

Good product, poor delivery
Usual smooth order process, however differing from my excellent experience last year, where the courier delivered to the room of my choice, this time the delivery was only to the door, leaving me to wrestle a 70kg order up two flights of stairs on my own. A poor service for the £30 charge levied by mattressman.

Fast, Professional & Cheap !!!
Ordered two mattresses for free next-day delivery and guess what ? They turned up as promised. This is the second time I have had reason to use mattressman and both times have been completely trouble-free, including one order that was sent to another address which completed flawlessly.
Would heartily recommend them to anybody.

A firm you can trust and rely on
Purchased a mattress , good delivery , right price telly comfortable, used the guide on line.
We reported a problem with the top cover, slight bump, did not detract from the comfort just didn't look right, mattress man sent a representative, agreed to replace. Even when things are not perfect they listened and took action.
100% would use again.

Good quality mattress at a good price
After much research bought the Hypnos Hotel Deluxe mattress, although much firmer than expected this mattress is very comfortable.
Dealing with Mattressman was very good experience and would highly recommend them. The only negative was that the delivery was to the ground floor only and it was a struggle to get the mattress upstairs.

Excellent, highly recommended!
Although my bed took 3 weeks to arrive due it being a special order item I have to say I am delighted with it. The customer service team were very courteous and called me when it was in stock to arrange day of delivery. This allowed me to then purchase the mattress and have it delivered on the same day (next day).
Delivery can't be scheduled for a time slot but my experience was a prompt and effecient morning delivery with a very helpful driver who placed the bed in my room of choice.

More Bounce For Your Buck
I ordered a king size wooden bed frame and a silent night mattress from Mattressman on the phone. It was delivered the following morning fully wrapped and secure in its packaging. I compared prices on the internet and local bed retailers and I was unable to price it up any cheaper. Well done for providing a professional service at a realistic price.

Excellent service and delivery
I bought a custom made mattress measuring 6' 3" X 5' from mattress man for my Motor home. I was recommended them through the American RV Owners Forum.
The mattress far exceeded my expectations for quality build and comfort. As a result of this positive experience I will be ordering another 2 mattresses to replace ones in my house.

UPS And Downs
Only half the bed was delivered on agreed day which caused problems
To be fair customer services sorted out the problem and got the other half early next day
Bed good value for the money and straightforward assembly shame about delivery problem

Mattressman to my resue
My husband recently cracked his hip and realising that we needed a decent single bed for when he came out of hospital i chose a healthopeadic 1000 coil sprung memory foam mattress and divan base on finding how comfortable this was we decided to get another one. with one phone call a second bed arrived the next day we both now get a really good nights sleep thanks to mattressman.

Fast effective service but mind your ornaments!
I have an angel ornament that hangs from the ceiling at the bottom of the stairwell. I should have moved it if I had thought about it. When the two men carried the single bed in they sent it spinning ( it is quite delicate, made from paper.) When they brought the
mattress in, the first guy said to the 2nd, mind that. The 2nd guy just shrugged his shoulders as if he was not bothered.
When I had the old bed removed by a charity later the same day. The men were much more aware of my belongings and I felt they were more attentive to their surroundings.
Phone staff were very helpful when I wanted to change the colour of the bed and headboard.

Brilliant service
The bed frame was on order and available a week ahead of schedule. The delivery driver was so helpful and was very considerate of my fresh wall paint when manoeuvring the mattress and bed. Only comment is the assembly instructions were not as clear as the could be. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
