Reliable fast service
Goods arrives as described, delivered to room of choice. Sent a delivery slot of 2 hours on the delivery morning. And the drivers phoned an hour before to see if I was available to take the deliver early, which was fine.

good product and price but poor delivery service
nothing wrong with bed or mattress which are fine and price very good. however i thought the delivery person would at least have helped carry it up the stairs but no such luck! he said he was just the courier and nothing to do with the company, but they could do with changing to a more helpful firm

Realiable
I phoned to check information before ordering and they were helpful. Also the driver called beforehand to confirm his expected time even though I had a 2 hour time slot which was helpful. Only one slight issue with product otherwise happy.

Mattress in a bag
I could not believe how easy it was to order an item for someone else and have it delivered too there address even though it was not in my area.I was very impressed by the security checks to make sure that I had ordered the item.

Excellent customer service
The bed I ordered was out of stock but I was informed straight away and asked if I wanted to have a refund or pick a different bed. I chose another bed which was dearer but I wasn't charged anymore and the bed was delivered the next day at 0830.

Excellent communication and delivery
Ordering was easy and they kept me up to date on expected delivery. Good quality product. Only bad comment is that the window of delivery was 0800 -1800 and it arrived late afternoon, surely they could have taken a mobile number and at least given you a warning phone call when the delivery was imminent .

The whole purchase and delivery process led to a good nights sleep
We rang the Lincoln showroom to make an inquiry. We were answered promptly and with a smile in the voice. They had our product and we arranged a visit. On arrival there was a note of our telephone call days earlier and we we shown products in our price and comfort range. We chose and arranged delivery after a few weeks as we were decorating. The mattress arrived early on the delivery date and I was helped into the downstairs bedroom with it by the driver.
A good all round exercise in purchasing/deliver and overall customer service!!!!!

Brilliant service
We were looking for some bunk beds for our grandsons and having searched around other shops we found just what we wanted at an exceptionally competitive price in Mattressman. The salesman was so helpful and knowledgeable without any 'hard sell'. We ordered the bunk beds and they were delivered within the timeslot that we were given. The delivery men were courteous and helpful. The instructions for putting the beds together were fairly straightforward but did take much longer than the 45 minutes suggested timeframe. We opted for the memory foam mattress and were warned that there would be an odour initially. This soon went and we are thrilled with our purchase, as are our grandsons!

this company are excellent the mattress was a 6 x6 x 3x6 fitted the bed perfectly and very comfortable , and delivered on time excellent .

Excellent sales assistance, great product, delivery experience could be better.
Excellent service provided by the sales assistant in the Chelmsford shop. Very happy with the three mattresses purchased and the value for money. However, when the delivery guys brought the mattresses they seemed a little reluctant to put them where asked. They seem to prefer to leave them leaning against the wall rather than put them on the beds. They were in and out so quickly that we didn't even to have chance to check the mattresses before they left.

Great service no Hassle
Mattress was ordered at 12 midday 1 day prior received email which advised delivery time frame of 0804 - 0814 , very odd I thought but no it was delivered at 0759, other company's please take note, this is how a customer comes back, Mattress was superb too.

Memory Foam 3ft Mattress
The Mattress is perfect....... My grandson loves it. Very comfy & a good depth. The delivery was extremely fast & the man had a very nice smile, which defiantly makes you feel more comfortable....... Thanks for the speedy service Mattress Man ;-)

good customer service dreadful delivery
Minor problem that customer services were very quick to rectify offering to swapping the mattress on a date convenient to ourselves, however couriers failed to delivery it on the arranged day, nor the rearranged time slot the next morning ,we rearranged again for the following week but then following further call from courier delivered on the Saturday morning. Didn't appreciate having wasted a full days annual leave nor arranging to cancel work and go In late for them not to show however this did appear to be the courier rather than mattressman itself, change your couriers !

Very pleased with bed & mattress, would definately recommend
We were very excited about our order as it was to be delivered on a day that we requested. We received a text the previous day, confirming the delivery time and on the day it arrived as stated. The delivery men were very courteous and after they left we started to unpack our bed frame. Unfortunately we could not find a fixing kit, so my husband telephoned mattressman. They said that they would check with the delivery drivers and called straight back to confirm that there was nothing left on the van. The woman made apologies and arranged for a fixing kit to be delivered the next day. The next day came and the fixing kit duly arrived. We assembled our new bed and are very please with the product and the service. Thank you

Good service but let down by delivery
Shop assistant very helpful and order went smoothly. I was given a 2 hour time slot for delivery however it never turned up. When I called I was told they were running 1.5hrs late. Somebody cld hv called me as I had to organise school run collection to wait in. No apology from delivery men when they showed up.

I am really sorry that your delivery arrived to you later then expected and for any problems that this caused to you. If in the unfortunate event that drivers are held up in traffic ect then they are to call customer to apologise and advise of the expected arrival time. This will be addressed with them as its not acceptable to not advise customers of the delay.

The mattress arrived at 9.00am on Tuesday 14th May 2 days after we ordered it. very helpful and polite delivery man. Mattress very comfortable would recommend mattressman to my friends

Good service
I will deal with Mattress man again as the price was good, ive dealt with them on many occasions,
the product seems to be good quality although time will tell if it stays together,
give yourself at least two and half hours to build it as there are loads of screws bolts etc, the build instruction sheet is nice and clear steps one to nine.
place all the items on the floor before you start the build.
i live in a vat free island, even after speaking with three team members i was told the vat will not be removed, we have to pay 20% vat to send goods into the uk , i feel this is a bit on fair and needs to be addressed.....

a good company to deal with. very good value and a very. effient service
my husband and i bought a mattress from the mattress man on the 9th may 2013. we did not require a timed delivery date so gave a date that would suit us but no time for delivery was given.this meant no charge for delivery .the mattress arrived 12 md. the very helpful driver carried it to the front door. he would have helped us further if further help had been needed. we are extremely pleased with our mattress and the service we received from the mattress man. mrs j westcott.

Having ordered previously from Mattressman, I was more than happy to order from them again. I was kept up todate when the items were despatched,and said items arrived on the specified date. My one reservation was that the delivery man did not wish to wait whilst I inspected the actual goods,and this despite the fact that I assisted him to bring the items in (and I am in my eighties!!!). In the end,he left before I gad a chance to carry out the inspection that Mattressman strongly adivise to do. But in any event,the goods were first rate,and considerably cheaper than other online suppliers of the same items. Would I buy from Mattrassman again? Yes;yes;yes...

Great service .Really helpful to have text evening before delivery with your 2 hour time slot. Delivery service time excellent and arrived within stated time. Friendly impartial advice in store prior to choosing mattress. Had already ordered a mattress for my son 3 months prior to ordering second order for another son and would definitely order from you again.

no more back ache great
I would recommend you to other people ,and quick ,the delivery man moaned a bit ,as I live on the top floor ,there is a lift to all floors ,which will take up to 54inches in width ,when filling out your form it did not allow me to finish writing instructions,but overhaul great yours w beaney

Good overall service
Good range of products. Wanted a 4ft bed and had the best range of beds and mattresses. Had my text the evening before delivery, only criticism was given time of 7.45 to 9.45am for the delivery and turned up at 7.15am.

I ordered two special sized mattresses, I was expecting to wait about three weeks for these mattresses to be made, but they were delivered in just over a week.
