Damaged in delivery - not put right to my satisfaction

The bed was badly damaged in delivery - these things happen I suppose but. the only 2 options to put it right involved a miserly £50 discount or a redelivery and collection (with me having to lug things around and pack the base back up) with a 3 day delivery window in a week's time. As I have better things to do than repackaging beds and lugging them up & down steps then waiting around for 3 days for another delivery, I took the money. But the whole deal felt a bit miserly. Nice lady on the phone brought this up to a 2 instead of a 1. I don't think I will buy from them again which is their loss as I have 2 lots of bunks to buy.
