Ordered a new mattress for my new tenant. Guaranteed delivery between 0800-1700 today. Sat in an unfurnished flat, no TV, no internet, not enough food, for almost 9 hours. Called the only number I had for MattressNextDay at 1645 to check it was definitely coming. Spoke to [Name] who said that although I'd been told 0800-1700, the courier they actually used has an 1800 cut-off. He told me he was leaving at 1700 but absolutely guaranteed that the mattress would be delivered before 1800. GUESS WHAT? After waiting in an empty flat for TEN AND HALF HOURS, NO MATTRESS. My tenant is moving in tomorrow. There'll be no mattress there for the inventory check-in. Their prices may seem appealing but CAN THEY ACTUALLY DELIVER?? NO!!! There is no number to ring after 1700 or no email address to reply to. Should've read all the reviews on many OTHER review sites and gone to MattressMan. (UPDATE: Seven Days later - still no refund)
