Ordered the mattress online; paid extra for it to be delivered on a Saturday morning but gave them the option to deliver on the following Tuesday before 1300hrs as it was a Bank Holiday weekend. The mattress did not arrive on Saturday morning and, being anxious that it should arrive by Tuesday I rang the company first thing on Tuesday morning from work and was told by the Customer Services Department that there had been a mix up and the mattress had been sent to the wrong depot and I would, therefore, not expect to receive the mattress for a further two days. I said that it was no good to me then it was needed by Tuesday and would they please cancel my order. This was apparently duly done. I went home and to my pleasant surprise the mattress had been delivered..... within ten minutes of getting home I was rung by the company - who until then had not bothered to contact me at all - to be told they had a signature for the mattress and had it beendelivered. I confirmed this was the case and asked if I would be reimbursed by extra payment for a Saturday delivery. I was told it would be dealt with straightaway. Hi guys, guess what - I am still waiting for my reimbursement???!!! The mattress is brilliant - not sure sure about Customer Services and their attention to detail.
