Like most people with troublesome back problems, I thought a new mattress may help and so purchased an orthopedic memory foam mattress and paid extra for next morning delivery. The mattress arrived on cue, but after the delivery guy had left I noticed a tear in the wrapping and a big dirty mark on the mattress cover (photo taken) - not a great start. Although the mattress is supposed to be 'regular,' it is definitely very firm and has proved quite uncomfortable. After two weeks of persevering with it with very little quality sleep, I contacted Mattressnextday via their online customer service portal and asked about an exchange - one week later and still no reply. I have consequently gone back to my old mattress and am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. Very poor.
