Now, I read all the reviews in the past, I'm doubting if they are the honest reviews!
Here is my story, I order the bed on Thursday, the reason why I bought the bed and mattress is because I'm highly pregnant and I needed the bed really badly, so I came across this NEXT DAY mattress and I thought, this is perfect. I paid for the morning delivery service as I have to work in the afternoon. On friday, I waited until 1pm, didn't show up, rang them, the customer service people are very polite, they apologised and arranged to be re-delivered on Saturday, at 5pm, the deliver person rang me and said the bed is outside of my door, I told him that I'm at work now, and I re arranged the next day, he was so rude, and told me 'well, if you don't get it today, I promise you that you wont get it the next day' I told him " How can I get it if I'm not there!?" so I waited on Saturday, the mattress came on time with broken cover and they got my address so wrong, I live in flat number 8, and they went to my neighbour number 1! And the bed?? It didn't come!! Apparently they have different companies for different things, so I've been sleeping on the floor for the last few days and today Monday I rang them again, the very nice lady told me the bed will not be delivered today and she is not sure when they can be delivered!! I was shocked, I waited for the last 3 days, paid for the morning delivery and I left without any help from the company.
I told her that I will have to refund that as I really really need the bed asap, then she just said, ok, I refund you the bed money.
Waste my money to have used this company

Thank you for your review. We apologise for the inconvenience you experienced with your delivery. Your order was delivered by two couriers, unfortunately one of the couriers did have some delivery problems which we will discuss with them.
