Excellent service, received a courteous call to let me know that it can take a few days to get to the Isle of Wight, which I had already thought would be the case. Excellent value for money, and will use this company again, whether for beds or mattresses, and have already recommended them to my family and friends and neighbours as I couldn't find a more cost effective site, but also due to the quality of the goods I purchased. Even so, the goods did arrive the very next day.

Arrived in a dirty condition
Arrived in dusty dirty condition which when the plastic was removed left some marks on the mattress. They seemed to have been transported in a dirty vehicle.

I was blown away that it could be that easy to get a mattress the next day
I had no idea when I needed it to be delivered as I was having lots of things delivered and needed to take the minimum time off work - so I ordered it on the monday and asked for a friday delivery hoping I could get everything else delivered on the friday too. But then found out I needed to be there on the Tuesday anyway for another reason so at 4pm I rang and asked could I have it for the next day. No problem. I love this company and I will never buy a mattress from anywhere else. They had everything I needed and it was cheap and there by the next day with no huge delivery fee. They are faultless. Thanks!!!

Exceptional value and service
Bought this mattress for a guest bedroom. The quality was really good for the price and I ordered on a bank holiday so i was really surprised with the speed of delivery. Good quality product with excellent delivery times.

A pleasure to find a decent honest company!
What wonderful service i recieved. From the easy to use web site to delivery it was fab!
I made a small mistake on the ordering page which could have resulted in me recieving the wrong mattress! I called up the next working day and the problem was resolved immediately with no fuss and the gentleman was very helpful. The actual delivery was fantastic, the courier used was great and arrived 9am on the specified day. Can't praise this company enough and will deffinately recomend.

First class service and an excellent mattress at a very good price.
Ordered 2 Dorlux comfort plus mattresses, delivered the day after the bank holiday as I ordered on a Friday. The mattresses are fantastic value, comfortable and a great nights sleep is had by all our grandchildren. Thank you for excellent service. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would not hesitate to buy from you again when we need any more mattresses.

The delivery came first thing in the morning without asking for an AM delivery which was great and the delivery man was extremely polite and helpful.

Not without Faults
Ordered the mattress online; paid extra for it to be delivered on a Saturday morning but gave them the option to deliver on the following Tuesday before 1300hrs as it was a Bank Holiday weekend. The mattress did not arrive on Saturday morning and, being anxious that it should arrive by Tuesday I rang the company first thing on Tuesday morning from work and was told by the Customer Services Department that there had been a mix up and the mattress had been sent to the wrong depot and I would, therefore, not expect to receive the mattress for a further two days. I said that it was no good to me then it was needed by Tuesday and would they please cancel my order. This was apparently duly done. I went home and to my pleasant surprise the mattress had been delivered..... within ten minutes of getting home I was rung by the company - who until then had not bothered to contact me at all - to be told they had a signature for the mattress and had it beendelivered. I confirmed this was the case and asked if I would be reimbursed by extra payment for a Saturday delivery. I was told it would be dealt with straightaway. Hi guys, guess what - I am still waiting for my reimbursement???!!! The mattress is brilliant - not sure sure about Customer Services and their attention to detail.

Well i did not expect such a fast service,i ordered the mattress about 18.30 the previous evening, the following morning at 07.20 i had a Mattress coming through my front door,what more could you ask for?

Decent value for money
Bed and mattress delivered on time with no problems. Qualiy of goods was fine, but there isn't enough information on the dimensions of the mattess and bed, so be careful when choosing items and especially when matching mattress depth to bed size.

The bed and matress I ordered was very nice and functional. I think it was good value for money. I was very pleased with the delivery although I did pay extra to have it delivered at a certain time. I was however a bit disappointed the delivery man would not help me move the bed and matress into my dinning room as my hall way is quite narrow. I have a bad back and although it was fairly light in weight I would have really appreciated the help. I do understand it is their policy not move beds/matresses any further than your front door but I think a little help would go a long way

An absolute mistake
I got this mattress because it says firm/orthopaedic and I am nursing a lower back ache and now I have also an upper backache as a result of the discomfort from the mattress. I cannot bare it anymore and it's definitely going to the bins. I bought it 8 days ago and I have slept on it 6 horrible times. I was at my sisters 2 days after sleeping on it for 3 days and those 2 days were heaven.... but I had to come back to mine and so the pain continues.

SLEEPLESS NIGHTS!!
Sleepless nights had by this company! Not because of their beds (would have been nice to have had one to sleep on) but because of their lack of delivery and very poor customer services. Ordered bed and paid extra for fri am delivery as needed bed asap promised delivery never came contact with customer services was vague and unhelpful promises of return of phonecalls also never happened. Had to eventually contact the company myself on the Mon to be told delivery rearranged for Tues (mind reading is not my strongest point) Tues am delivery got sent to wrong address!!! Now have a bed and have contacted customer services to warn of impending negative feedback only to be offered 2 free pillows which was hasily declined. Please also be aware that " mattressguy.co.uk" is also a sister company of mattressnextday.co.uk Having used this company before I am utterly disappointed and will never use again nor will I be recommending to anyone.
