Good quality mattress delivered quickly to home address. No fuss or annoying salesman.
Could choose a mattress from the comfort of home, lots to choose from but had decided we wanted a firm mattress for back support.
Quick and speedy delivery from the company, no so sure about the van driver. He was struggling to lift the mattress by himself and let our neighbours know by being vocal in language.
Happy with our new bed, lovely and comfortable.

Slightly Unravelling!
Received our new Silent Night mattress on time and in reasonable condition. It wasn't perfect condition however as some of the stitching on the memory foam layer was unravelling. We decided to put up with it as we can't be bothered with the hassle of getting it changed and back down the stairs, which were a very tight fit indeed!

Delivery let the experience down, otherwise it would have been very good.
Saturday delivery was an extra charge which I didn't mind paying for the convenience. I needed to be home between 7am and 1pm. When I rang at midday to see where the driver was I was told by customer service that the courier couldn't be contacted or tracked on a Saturday, which I found odd. My flat buzzer on the second floor of my apartment building went at 12:50pm and when I asked if I could have some help carry the double mattress up two flights of stairs I was told that it was curb-side delivery only. I then had to ring a friend to come around to help me lift the load up to my apartment but he wasn't available until Sunday afternoon. The mattress sat in the entrance way obscuring the entry for just over 24 hours. I had also asked in the special delivery instructions to ring on approach but this wasn't done. What would have been a pretty good experience was let down by the courier delivery company.

Next day delivery even to Scottish Highlands

Product fine, delivery service questionable.
Delivery service ignored request for delivery date, and delivered it 24hrs after order.
As a result nobody at home to accept so they left it with a friendly neigbour.
So we had then to carry it back. Lucky we have a very nice neighbour.

Excellent quality and service.
The mattresses were of high quality for a very reasonable price. The next day delivery was amazing as most other companies were quoting upto four weeks. I would recommend the two-man delivery if you are ordering more than one item. The two king sized mattresses I ordered filled up our hallway. I would definitely buy from mattressonline.co.uk again and will recommend to friends.

Silent Night Essentials 1000 pocket spring mattress
Good value for money and it is very comfortable (first night was a little not good as maybe we had to get used to the mattress but the second night after we just topped it with a summer duvet, it lets you have a good nights sleep - i put it down to going into the shops and trying all the expensive mattresses and then expecting this to be the same).

At last a company that delivers on its promises!
We bought a mattress for our son and my last experience buying one online was not a good one to say the least. I took a gamble did some research and placed an order. great service although as with most courier companies they were a bit abrupt and in a hurry. My only dissapointment is that the mattress we choose has no handles to carry or lift with so difficult to carry and move around.

Delivery was not good
I had my mattress delivered as promised. Haven't got a problem with the mattress it self but the delivery person was not anything to shout about.
I am on crutches at the moment and when I asked the delivery person if he could help me drag the mattress to the kitchen (very short distance from front door) I was simply told he wasn't supposed to.
Why where there not 2 people for this delivery. It was after all a double mattress.

We do offer a Two-man delivery option in the basket of our site for an additional fee of £19.95, whereby 2 delivery drivers will carry the goods to the room of your choice.
