No matter what you arrange verbally; they'll fail you with the excuse that it was 'unconfirmed'. Failed first delivery date; apparently too short notice but despite being arranged and agreed on the telephone just didn't turn up. No apology - just an excuse that "I" hadn't allowed enough time. Failed second delivery date; apparently courier 'ran out of time' and so again didn't turn up. No courtesy call; no apology. Couldn't take any more time off work so cancelled the order and bought a mattress in a shop as it was needed that night. Mattress delivered 3 days later - to a complete stranger on my street who signed for it on my behalf. Proved that taking two days precious holiday was pointless and unnecessary. Oh yes and apparently I have to pay to send it back because (yes you guessed it) the cancellation wasn't explicitly confirmed by them and it had been signed for (even though not by me). If you don't care when your goods arrive, or who they get delivered to - go for it. My situation was never resolved as "Customer Services" just started (or is that continued) ignoring me.
