Quick Service and Reasonable Price
After sending my Galaxy S3 via Special delivery I received an email the very next day to acknowledge receipt of my phone. There was great communication through the whole process via email and I received my payment before the end of the day as promised. Very good service.

Fantastic 10 out of ten for Mazuma.
This company is soo easy to deal with, all you do is fill out a form online.
Mazuma then send you a package, with a large plastic envelope and a leaflet with instructions, for taking the phone/parcel to the Post office.
It is all very easy the best of all, was that the money was in my Bank Account the day after posting my phone to them.
I can see why everyone reccomends this company and I would certainly give them top marks.

easy quick service
This is the second time i have used Muzma to sell my phone. Got an excellent price for phone as well. Sent my phone in package provided and money was in my bank the following day.

Fabulous service!!!
I was a bit dubious about using mazuma as I have never used a company like this before. I shouldn't have had any concerns. The service was quick, I received my envelope and postage information very quickly and it was processed and the money in my account with equal speed. Very happy with the service and will use them again!!!!! recommend to all!!!!

Fast, speedy great service
Phone sat in a drawer for a year, thought I'd sell it. £14 more than I thought. Package arrived next day, sent it back, money in bank account the following day. Excellent service easy to use website would use again

Don't trust this company
I sent my £200 iPhone to them they are saying its not been received I've called Royal Mail they are saying it would have been received 3 days ago, and all mazuma say is it will take 15 days for delivery when this is not true what they mean is they can't make a claim for it until the 15 day mark although I'm assured by Royal Mail it's been delivered, I'm now informed its most likely lost but they can't confirm this and when questioned they just send out the same standard script stating they're delivery times

As explained on your post on our facebook page and review on Review Centre, we have yet to receive your phone.
The tracking number that you provided shows that your parcel is yet to be delivered to us. You can check this yourself on www.royalmail.com.
As previously explained, our freepost bags take on average 1-3 working days to arrive. The Royal Mail advise not to assume a parcel is lost until 15 days have past.
We personally respond to all enquiries. If our replies seem scripted to you it's because you keep stating the same things on various social and review sites.
We will continue to look out for the delivery of your phone and will keep you updated.

what a good servies
I sent 2 of my old mobile phones to mazuma and I fined the very fast in dealing with my order it only took them 1 week to pay you the money and they allways keep in tough by email to let you know that they have received your old mobile phones with mazuma letting you know that the money is on its way I would recommend mazuma to all my friends and family very good services

wow..such a quick and easy way to make money
This is a fantastic way of earning a little extra money and the prices for even faulty items is excellent. Received, processed amd cheque sent out in the same day......have done two transactions in one week and can't wait to do another. My teenage sons change phones so quickly, this earns them cash back to spend on those new handsets

Excellent Experience
Extremely simple process. Had old mobiles sitting in the drawer doing nothing so decided to give Mazuma Mobile a go. Submitted the order online, received the bag in the post next day. Put the mobiles in the bag took them down to the Post Office. Three days later the money was in my bank account. Quick and simple. Would recommend.
