Mazuma offer a very fast service, and are rapid at paying out for your old phone. I have used them several times and they compare well. (I used a competitor site once. Although I got a few pounds more for the phone, I had to wait nearly 2 weeks to get paid.) The rules are simple. As long as the phone is not badly damaged, it boots up, and you include the battery, payment should be fast. Plus, getting to keep the charger is a bonus these days, as most phones take the same type.

We don't send out bubble wrap because this will increase the postage and would mean we would have to down grade our service to 2nd class or reduce the prices we pay to cover the additional cost. We find most customers are happy to wrap their phones in tissue. 2. The freepost address printed on the bag can be used for both freepost or registered post. There is no need to amend it - you just need to pay for it to be registered. 3. We don't store payment details as default as this can cause a security issue. We also feel by the user entering their bank details each time (which only takes a few seconds) we ensure the correct bank account is credited and not an old account which may have been closed.
