An imperessive performance from start to finish, if only all online transactions could work like this.
I had an upgrade phone that i did not need and that had been sitting in a drawer for a few months, "just in case". I decided that it should go. I contacted Mazuma through their web sit on a Friday morning, and having completed the simple online questions I signed off and waited. The following morning the despatch note and shipping bag arrived, and i went to the post office the same day, Saturday. By 18.00 hrs the following Monday, I had received a notification that the phone had been received and the money was in my Bank. Absolutely amazing, a company that told you what it was going to do and then proceeded to do just that. Well done Mazuma Mobile, I have already recommended them to freinds.
