Simple, quick & perfect payment!

I found the service very accessible! A quick and prepaid service ensured my phone was received straight away and my payment was received not long after! Good price for a second hand phone! Would without doubt use the service again!

I used mazuma as they are the company that seemed most trustworthy, in spite of the fact that other companies quoted a higher price.
Delivery pack arrived next day, kept up to date with order status. Cannot fault this service. Cheque received the next day.

Superb communication throughout and almost instant money!!!!!

I sent my phone in the pre paid bag. As it was over £50 in value and for my own peace of mind, I decided to send it recorded delivery.
The next day I received several emails updating me on my phone's progress, the final one telling me that my money had been deposited into my bank account.
From posting to money in my account took just over 24hrs - you can't argue with that!
A very easy, faultless service that I would recommend to anyone!

Very speedy and dependable service

I had my phone sent back from another company as they went from paying £45 down to £16........ They said my phone was badly damaged it wasn't, it had general mild wear and tear light scratches. I decided to go back to trust Mazuma who offered £33, and actually paid me £33-hoorah.
I went onto Mazuma, printed off all of the paperwork and posted it to them the next day. Within 48 hours the funds were sat there in my bank account,and I had a trail of emails along the way to let me know which stage we were at and what happens next. Really pleased and will always stick to who I know

I had previously used Mazuma but thought with this phone i'd try another company who offered slightly more. They tried to suggest that because of a few scratches the phone value would be £100 less. After debating this with them i asked for the phone back and returned to Mazuma. They didn't let me down, i had the voucher on my doormat within 2 days of sending the phone off. Excellent service

Quick, easy and smooth

Using mazuma was dry quick - just put your phone details on the website and they give you a quote. Then all you have to do is fill in your details so you can be paid; they send out a package really quick so you can send off your phone. We opted to be paid via bank transfer and were paid the same day! Fab!

Third time I've used them, third time been faultless

I've used other companies that sometimes offer a little more but once they receive the phone, even if it's in perfect condition they try to knock you down and say it's got problems. the last phone I sent to mazuma was in very poor condition but still classed as working in their website and I received the full amount. I don't even bother to check the other sites now as I know my price will be fair but more importantly will actually be paid!!!!!!!!!!! Brilliant company that actually works well.
Only downside is I moved recently and had to re set up new details rather than be able to change my address.

I did thin about selling my phone on Ebay, but decided to go with Mazuma. It was really easy to use their website and I got exactly what they offered. I sent the phone off in the bag they sent me (but went for the £6.95 service so the phone was insured). Got payment into my bank account at 3pm the following day! Fantastic, thanks!

unbelievably fast!

I sent my phone off to igadgets first as they were offerring me £20 more (big mistake). Igadgets emailed me after two days saying they had checked my device and it had severe scratches to the screen and water damage which I knew wasnt true so had them send my phone back to me because they were only willing to pay half what they originally offered. Mazuma sent me a postage pack which I recieved within 24hrs I sent the phone the same day and was paid in full on the following day. Cant ask for much more than that.

Great first class service

I had a great service from Mazuma my old phone was lying in a drawer so I decided to see how much I would get for it and was pleasantly surprised. Did online form and asked for envelope to be sent to me which was already prepaid. I received this the next day and sent phone to Mazuma. The money was transferred to my bank account the same day they received it. Totally excellent service.

Hassle free dealing with Mazuma.

Selling online will normally give you the creeps as you will be dealing with a total stranger. My experience with them was as if I was physically there with them. Straightforward, clear language and no pressurised stress to deal with. I will surely deal with them over and over if I have anything to sell.

Mazuma keeps promise

Mazuma made the claim they would give the best price, keep me informed, pay me the same day they received the phone - and the did, perfect service.
This is the second time I have used Mazuma, and I will do again in the future - as well as recommend to Friends and Family.

Quick Fast Service - Cash received day after sending - would definitely recommend.

Mazuma were quick, I received my postage pack the day after requesting via their website. I posted my mobile that day, they received in the next day and the funds were paid into my account within a few hours. Excellent Service!

Will always use Mazuma when recycling old phones is quick for checking your order and same day payment, unlike other recycling companies who always seem to state the phone is 'water damaged' when it isn't

Very quick brilliant service

The internet site was easy to use, very quick and good that you can print out your own pack rather than waiting for it in the post as ive used another provider before but the pack took ages to come out.
