Ordered tasty bacon burger meal & chicken sandwich last week; meal was COLD, and they forgot to put the sour cream & chive dip in the bag that I paid extra for. Wrote a letter to the Bradford branch (Rooley Lane, just off M606) dated 1st Feb with my complaint, and also telephoned them. Ordered the same meal again last night, and same old crap service.... COLD meal. They promised to ring me back after another phone call.... never did. Manager made up all sorts of excuses. I'm now writing to their Head Office in London for a full refund of my two meal orders, costing nearly £9 each. VERY POOR MEALS & DISGUSTING CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE
Mcdonalds queen street in Cardiff GB. My fiancé ordered a double cheese burger for me and when i got it, it was cold and unappealing I took it back and got another which was just as bad I ate it as I was hungry and the milkshake they gave me was more like a moose and not a proper milkshake so if anyone is in Cardiff town in queen street be aware
I popped in over the Xmas break for a morning Mcmuffin and was at least 10 minutes before they stopped serving breakfast. I ordered it ok only to find out a couple of minutes later that they wouldnt be able to serve it to me (no other excuses or anything). Poor staff.
Had a burger with a horrid acid tatste and was sick, right there in front of the shop manager! The company denied all, and stupid me gave the burger back to the shop manager.
Mails to company continuously patronizing and full of denial, despite my warning them that it was possibly the guy serving had out something into the burger, I have several reasons for this train of thought, but did they care, Not one iota!
My grandson was with me and if it had been him they made so sick I would have gone nuts!
Never again and nor will any of my family or friends they just don't give a darn!
I don't go here often, but the Drive-Thru in my local Mcdonalds usually messes up the order, leaving you parked up at the side waiting for them to sort it out. On the last occasion I didn't check it and they left something out and put bacon in when I didn't ask for it!
Have been a mcdonald head for over a decade and I remember a time when I used to enjoy being at one of their outlets with friends. Over the years, things have changed and for the worse and its not at just one or two of the outlets but across almost half a dozen I have visited in london and manchester over the past two years. Now i dread having to go in, definitely I'm Dreading It instead of Lovin' It!!
we always enjoy a mcdonalds breakfast so 4 times in a row yes 4 times!! I asked for two bacon and egg wraps with brown sauce which isn't hard to remember especially when its on their ordering screen!! Each time I have got 2 very cold sausage and egg wraps with red sauce and every time I have gone back to explain they have got it wrong I get the very rude staff who say sorry its too late to do anymore now so as I don't want to eat a big mac at 10:30am I leave it cause every time you ask for a refund its sorry you have opened it all up now!!! then on the 5th visit I arrived at 10:20 and made my order which after 15 mins of waiting I was told sorry you cant have your order as its after 10:30 now!! Im sorry but I made my order at 10:20am which is enough time to make the order and when you finally get somewhere they make you wait another 15 mins to get your breakfast which is cold and wrong!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS MCDONALDS ITS AWFUL
This us my local restaurant but I am continually being short changed on the coffee sizes. I emailed the head office to ask if the horizontal line on the side of the coffee cups was the legal marker and they confirmed it was. 90% of the time! my coffee is well under this line. I get sick of taking it back to the counter and just accept it now. When I have complained to staff, they say it is impossible to be undersold as a machine measures it out. It this is true then they need to move the lines on their cups!
On a Sunday Morning we like if possible to have something from the Mcdonalds Breakfast Menu, this would always be the same things for my son & myself it is the egg & bacon bagel meal & my husband has a sausage & egg Mcmuffin, an easy order wouldn't you say, it seems not when it comes to our local Mcdonalds the last 3 times Yes 3 times my husband has been to the restaurant he has come back with egg & bacon Mcmuffins despite telling the person serving exactly what we wanted & asking them to make sure & check ( & getting the look that would kill) , as the parking is difficult ( main road, parking restrictions everywhere) my husband has to be as quick as possible so its only when he has got home and given us our orders that we have discovered yet AGAIN they have got it wrong even though ( as I have mentioned earlier) my husband insisted they checked the order, it may seem petty but if I went into a shop & asked for a bottle of milk I would not expect to get a bottle of Lemonade, I actually hate Mcmuffins so I was not best pleased on 3 occasions to have them instead of bagels! we have not gone back to that Mcdonalds since ( they are always messing up orders & are rude) & when I complained to Mcdonalds customer service all I got told was that the restaurant in question was a franchise & basically not their problem but they would pass on my comments & details & that I would hear back from the manager, well that was two weeks ago....... still waiting.....,Well done Mcdonalds your customer service is non exsistant and I will not be "dinning" in any of your branches again.
Was on my wAy To a convention and thought I would pop into McDonald's on the way to feed my kids before we hit the motorway, it was 10.35am, when I went in I wanted to order breakfast muffins and some pancakes for my little one as he is only 15 months old and the muffins are too fatty n greasy for him! I was told no breakfasts were being served now, it was for the main menu now! I ordered meals as the children wanted to eat there, although I wasn't too happy about ordering burgers at that time in the morning. I then proceeded to wait 20 minutes at the counter with no one speaking or informing me as to why I was waiting so long, when I tried to get the attention of the cashier, I was ignored! Not great however the drive thru seemed to be getting served continuously??!! When a group of road workers came in they tried to order breakfast and were told they could make sausage n egg n muffins or bacon n muffins????? Something I was denied 15 minutes beforehand! When I finally managed to get the attention of the girl behind the counter And the manager, I was so put off by their attitude I told them I wanted a refund, the manager huffed and puffed in my face and threw the cash on the counter without even a word! I was disgusted, the road workers told me they had tried to order coffees the day before and were told they were out of stock??? Talk about fast food ????? McDonald's longbridge Birmingham avoid if in a hurry or even hungry!!!!!!!
McDonalds is basically what you would expect it to be - fast food and available anywhere anytime. I don't recommend making a part of your weekly diet, but lets be honest; sometimes what you eat is not the priority at that very time - you are hungry but under a time deadline to be somewhere (I travel alot with my business) and the only places that you can grab something quickly are going to be fast food outlets like McDonalds, KFC, BK or you can get a petrol station sandwich but Lord knows where and how that was prepared or what it really contains so going somewhere where the food is prepared on the premises seems safer.
I won't say the ood is great or terrible, its just something to quiet a rumbling tummy in a hurry and in that respect, it does the job. Its just what you'd expect from a 2 minute meal.
Since the McDonalds in my town is a franchise and not a directly made by McDonalds their customer support couldn't help me.
What happened is i purchased 2 same burgers, and got 1 burger i wanted and the other which was cheaper than what i paid for. I live quite far from Mcdonalds so i didn't fancy wasting fuel to go back and get it replaced with what i wanted, i contacted their customer support and they couldn't do anything, then the same thing happened again few weeks later, but that time i got no reply what so ever.
It was late and we needed food. We hit the Swindon Great Weston Way McDonalds drive through. We were the only customer at the time, yet it took a scary 10 minuets before we were noticed in the drive through! We place our order and again, it took over 10 minuets until our food arrived. Fast food? It was comically bad service. Angry, and now much later than I wanted it to be, I rushed home. Big mistake! NO DRINKS! I paid the extra to go large so to get the bigger drink too. If my car did better than 15mpg I would have driven back for them.
Yes I should have checked the order, but having waited so long already I wanted to get home. Also even though it was around 23:00, it took so long to be served, there was now a que behind me!
They have mastered the art of selling crap food in brighlty packaged wrappers endorsed by the latest movie with plastic toys as a gift and streamlined your lunch order to do you want fries with that or do you want to go large ( what round the waste ) no thanks !!!
Mcdonalds is a great place to hang out with friends. We often visit McD outlet during weekend and we really love the ambience, food and their quick service. I also find their prices reasonable as compared to subway.
I ordered the big tasty medium meal from the Bulwell branch about 4 days ago and the service was super quick. Parking spaces for motorbikes which was great. The chips were hot, orange juice cold, but the big tasty burger had no bacon on it, lots of lettuce and barely warm.
