Reliable, helpful, couldn't ask for more really.
I have been buying clothing and clothing vinyl for a while now and can't fault the service of this company.....I occasionally collect my order and the staff are really helpful and well informed of the products they sell. I have never had a problem ordering online, delivery is always prompt.
I wouldn't keep going back if I didn't feel I was getting great service.

I have no complaints with any of my dealings with the Craigavon branch of MDP. Communication is excellent regarding stock issues. Product knowledge on all aspects of the industry is supplied promptly and correctly. All communication is on a personal level.

First Class Service
I have used MDP several times and have always received my order complete the following day - perfect. On the occasions I have needed advice it has always been someone answering the phone - no automated number pressing. This last order was delayed due to a carrier issue, but the communications regarding the problem and its resolution were perfect.

Fantastic every time
Use mdp for all my vinyl. Had a few Issiues with wrong stuff being delivered but they always replace within 24hrs no questions asked would recommend to everybody.

Always reliable, why go anywhere else?
I placed my order over a Bank holiday weekend and received confirmation of the items having been picked on the holiday Monday. Tracking from their courier showed pickup early Tuesday and delivery arrived within the one hour time slot that had been specified in the email sent - I was given tracking and order information, didn't have to search for it. Items arrived well packed and in pristine condition. Keen prices too. Great attention to detail and wish them further success with their business.

BRILL supplier of all thats vinyl
I find this supplier top class, delivery is exceptionally quick and reasonably priced, vinyl is top quality and great price, plenty of room to make a profit, and I know our projects will all be well received by our customers. We are only a very small company but we are building up a good reputation because we use the best materials.

Great prices and brilliant service
Wow thank you so very much, ordered and my goods arrived swiftly and within the 1 hour time slot given (a real bonus as I am a mum who works from home). Really competitive prices (almost half of a major competitor) and a great choice too.

Excellent!
After dealing with MDP for a few years now, they are by far the best.
All their products have been of high quality.
Their postage times and prices very reasonable.
Their main advantage over their rivals is the customer service. The advice i have had from Luke and the Guys in Ireland (Ref Doming issues) was brilliant. Any issues i have had with the products has been sorted swiftly.
I will continue to use MDP for the foreseeable future

Clear and easy to use service.
I find this service very good, quick and reliable.
I did have one issue at the payment stage where my fire wall reported an insecure payment page. This was a concern however having known and used mdp in the past I was happy to proceed however I did proceed via pay pal for peice of mind.
If I was a first time customer I would not have processed my order.
Over all great service, good product range.

Great Service and Products
Never had a problem with MDP Supplies, just the courier damage the parcel once (City Link) but now use Interlink.
But MDP now let you choose the courier service :) This is great as many shops just don't give you this.
The parcels are very well packed and boxes are better than amazon boxes so not sure how ppl find it a problem.
The service and cost is the best around ...... So its always 5 Stars from me.

FAst and efficient handling of orders, but packaging leaves a lot to be desired
The speed and efficiency, with which the order is dealt with, is very good. My biggest concerns, however, are always with the way the rolls of vinyl/application tape are packaged.
I normally only make small orders (4-5 rolls at a time) but on almost every occassion, the package arrives in a very poor condition. The box is normally open in several places and the contents look as though they've just been thrown in. Rolls are loose and rub against each other and the box, making the first 1/2 metre absolutely useless to use. There is always a large amount of bubble wrap included, but it is not used correctly. It would be far more efficient if a roll was wraped in the bubble wrap, and then the next one and so on, until all rolls have been wrapped together. Then it wouldn't matter if the package was actually loose in the box as they would be now better protected.
I occassionaly purchase vinyl from Hexis. Their prices are much higher (sometimes for exactly the same product), but their packaging is almost perfect. Taking a leaf out of their book (packaging, not increase in prices :) would go a long way to make my buying experience more enjoyable.
Overall, my experience with MDP is satisfactory, but this packaging issue, while not the end of the world, does rub my back up and niggles me.

Great prices, but orders are wrong 85% of the time and damaged parcels
We have been dealing with MDP for around 3 years and we have experienced many issues with them over the years. Mainly down to incorrect orders unfortunately.. often the products are wrong, aren't included, wrong sizes etc.. But i do have to say they always sort the problems quickly and at their own cost.
Parcels often arrive damaged, which you could put down to the delivery company or the thin boxes that are used.
We have tried to find other companies who have an order process as easy as theirs but nothing compares at all (including on price) so we just stick with them and deal with the mistakes.

Makes Dealing Pleasurable
I've dealt with MDP for a few years now. Their prices are great compared to most, and they frequently add new items, which means you don't have to go to several companies to get all the stock you want, which I like, it's a pain going here there and eveywhere to get all you need.
I've only had a couple of problems over the time I've been ordering from MDP, each time I've had my problem dealt with quickly, politely, and to my satisfaction. The staff have been friendly and professional.
If I HAD to find a fault, it would be the packing of the clothing, a lot of the time it is bundled and scrunched, BUT when the guys are doing a same day dispatch...that's just nit picking!!
All in all, I would most certainly recommend MDP, you will get fast, trouble free service.

Good service could be better
The service I get from MDP is mostly excellent.
Only 2 things that need changing in my opinion is
1 Out of stock notification - I provide an email and 2 phone numbers and yet I still have to wait for my actual delivery to find out that something is out of stock, by which time its paid for. NOT GOOD ENOUGH
2 Colours. sometimes, I've noticed this most with blues and yellows, you can get a different shade when ordering the same item very annoying. This could be rectified by simply using part numbers to ensure its the same each time

fantastic,fast and good service.
Mdp supplies is a fast and great service of vynil and other related supplies, they are very good with service and they are prompt in letting you know about your order, this is from ordering too letting you know when it will be delivered, the couriers they use send you a txt of day date and time of delivery too.
I personally would recommend them too anyone and my orders have been perfect in every way.
I have every confidence in product , delivery , service and price.
