I ordered some goods MedicAnimal but had problems when paying the screen froze so I didn't know whether may payment had gone through. I waited a few days for the delivery but when it didn't come I phoned and found they had my order but had not done anything with it as pay payment had not gone through. Our dog was due in the kennells a week later but we got the items in time, however an email letting us know no payment had gone through would have helped.

I have investigated the order in question, and you are indeed correct that payment issues did end up causing a delay for your delivery. While we do usually send out email correspondence when such a thing occurs, that did not happen in your case, for which I am extremely sorry.
We will definitely make sure this does not happen again going forward.
