Dog food sometimes cheaper but delivery unreliable
I am very annoyed that you are offering a 15% discount to new customers and excluding the loyalty of existing when we order our dog food from you on a regular basis. I think this is something that needs addressing otherwise we will look to buy our food elsewhere.

I do understand your frustrations with the special offers we currently have on the MedicAnimal website - however, I can assure you that we are as committed to rewarding our regular customers, as we are to our prospective new ones.
As you will have known from our previous emails to you, we did have a special discount for all our customers within the last month. However, special offers like this are not something we can provide all the time, so they are restricted to certain periods.
I would recommend that you keep an eye on the emails that are sent to you, as well as the MedicAnimal website, for special offers that you would be eligible for in the near future.
