Good choice, superfast delivery, top quality product
I'll only ever but Littman for quality and Medisave sold at a fair price in a good range of colours. The engraving is nicely done (I have quite a long name a purchased a paediatric stethoscope so not much space) and the item was recieved incredibly quickly. I would recommend Medisave.

Received excellent service from Customer Services when we had a slight problem. Linda Martin was exceptional and sorted things out for us professionally and promptly. Product was delivered speedily and was excellent quality. Will use this company again and will recommend.

Like my old stethoscope, but in surround sound!
My last stethoscope was 'fine' and I put off getting a better one for years. What a silly thing to do! This stethoscope is just amazing compared to my old one, almost like cinema style surround sound.

Promo and helpful service

Third Time of Asking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
1.This is the THIRD Stethoscope of the same make and model, in 5 years , I have had to buy because the tube split spontaneously.
2. This time ,I ordered on line giving my details and had to phone three times before the lady could process my order.

I am sorry to hear of the problems with your stethoscope. May I enquire as to the make and model as certainly most Littmann models would be under guarantee for a minimum of 3 years. Did you report this to our customer services team? If you could email teamcs@medisave.co.uk with all your details than I shall be delighted to look into this for you and see how we can recifty this situation.
I will speak with the representative who dealt with your order to see what the problem was with processing. Occasionally we can experience brief delays when credit checking if the billing and shipping address do not match and this is purely to protect you as the card holder. The website is easy to navigate and prices seem reasonable. The coustomet care is excellent, I had some issues with payment (purchasing from Austrailia) but it was all sorted out quickly, effortless and by very friendly and understanding staff. I would highly recommend this site.

Excellent service!
I bought a Littmann Classic II S.E. Stethoscope with a laser incision. It arrived 10 days later in Italy, with a perfect package and without a flaw. The price is the best I could find, and the free laser incision adds the final touch to this excellent service!

Great products, good price, good support, curious confirmatory mails
I placed an order for a stethoscope with free engraving. It was clear from the process that errors in submission would not be returnable, so I was a bit disappointed to receive an email with multiple ? instead of the selected characters. (This would have made the engraving meaningless).
A quick (and easy) call to support confirmed that their mail system had difficulty in replicating all the characters on offer, and that what I ordered was exactly what I would receive. Order came quickly, and was right, so overall a good experience, although if automated mails can't replicate exact details of the order, they should just put a generic "engraved" rather than stressing people into calling support.
