I wanted to order a dressing table set and matching drawers. I had been looking on the website for a while and decided to call the company for help on which items match each other.
On the phone the lady politely told me the items I had chosen wouldn't match and told me the codes and details for items that would match.
7 days later the delivery company got in touch to arrange my delivery, I was not going to be in but they were happy to leave the items in my garage.
I had been kept informed by email and phone.
I love my items and would not hesitate to order again.
I recently ordered 27 tall candelabras 3 smaller ones a birdcage and 4 antique gold candlesticks for my wedding when I first received them all the boxes were in a terrible state with holes in rups and legs if the candelabra sticking out, I checked them as most if the candelabras were either bent out if shape or had scratches and lumps of paint out of them the staff were helpful at first and offered to swap them all which I did but there were very reluctant In getting them picked up the next day as they were in the way for me (they were meant to go in the loft), second lot I received were as bad still scratches over the paint on them and a few bent ones I wanted to keep them as I liked them but was not happy about the way they arrived it didn't describe anywhere on the description of the item that they might be scratched or damaged if I had more time I would look for some different centrepieces for my wedding but I don't have a lot if time and I can't be bothered with anymore phoning and boxing them all back up so I have kept them but I now have to go over them with spray paint which at first they offered me £40 towards the paint and the messing about then the next day they said they can't offer me any money only a poverty £10 for the phone calls I had to keep making so I now have to go out BUY the paint MYSELF and spray them all MYSELF! I think this company are completely useless their products are not what they state and not
Of good quality at all I will never buy from these again and I defiantly would not recommend them to anyone ever if you want good quality products I suggest don't buy from melody maison!
I ordered one of the large shabby chic dressing tables as they loom beautiful on the website. The delivery drivers were only able to deliver between 5:30am and 6am and 10am and 2pm so if you have a normal job you have to get up ridiculously early to take delivery. And you get no option of when you just have to hope they're in your area when you need them. They were unable to find my house despite having a sat nav. When I actually got it it was damaged with chip red paintwork and wood. I emailed them and they promised to send a replacement which they said would be checked before being sent out to ensure I didn't have the same problems.
The delivery team were just as useless this time round, couldn't find my flat this time either and the dressing table I had received was damaged worse than the previous one, and they had failed to drop off a new mirror so I just got the table.
I decided I had had enough as it had been over a month since I received the original and didn't want to risk getting another damaged table so decided to return it for a full refund. Again the delivery team were most inflexible and frequently rude but finally they took the table away and I waited for a refund.
For a month.
On their website they state "We promise to refund you within 3 days of the item arriving back with us" but I had to chase it up and all I got was a paltry, 'apologies I have now processed the refund'.
I wanted to love this company as the products look great on line but I urge you, do not use this company, they will let you down and don't care.
Fab service. I made my order over the phone with a very polite lady called Holly who helped me decide what range to choose. I was then updated via email and phone all the way through the proccess until my furniture arrived at my door shortly after. Great . I would be happy to do business with them again!

took ages to deliver then delivered the wrong item, no help when i called said they had no idea what had happened to it and it wouldnt be available until end of jan - this is on the 20th december
no help with refunding the money either and the staff and manager were shocking on the telephone
avoid them at all costs
