Bad customer service, rude delivery drivers and a month for a refund.
I ordered one of the large shabby chic dressing tables as they loom beautiful on the website. The delivery drivers were only able to deliver between 5:30am and 6am and 10am and 2pm so if you have a normal job you have to get up ridiculously early to take delivery. And you get no option of when you just have to hope they're in your area when you need them. They were unable to find my house despite having a sat nav. When I actually got it it was damaged with chip red paintwork and wood. I emailed them and they promised to send a replacement which they said would be checked before being sent out to ensure I didn't have the same problems.
The delivery team were just as useless this time round, couldn't find my flat this time either and the dressing table I had received was damaged worse than the previous one, and they had failed to drop off a new mirror so I just got the table.
I decided I had had enough as it had been over a month since I received the original and didn't want to risk getting another damaged table so decided to return it for a full refund. Again the delivery team were most inflexible and frequently rude but finally they took the table away and I waited for a refund.
For a month.
On their website they state "We promise to refund you within 3 days of the item arriving back with us" but I had to chase it up and all I got was a paltry, 'apologies I have now processed the refund'.
I wanted to love this company as the products look great on line but I urge you, do not use this company, they will let you down and don't care.

excellent customer service all round
ordered a dressing table and stool for my wife delivery was quick and when i called to place my order the customer service was bang on will definitely order from them again .

Beautiful products
My bedroom furniture looks great in my bedroom, just as pictured! My mirror arrived smashed and they quickly exchanged it for me without any question.
Can't wait to re-vamp my spare room in the summer!

Fantastic Service and Products
Fab service. I made my order over the phone with a very polite lady called Holly who helped me decide what range to choose. I was then updated via email and phone all the way through the proccess until my furniture arrived at my door shortly after. Great . I would be happy to do business with them again!

Great service geat company and lovely people used these for 2 years now
I have been buying from these for a number of years now, all with great service. Had a delivery problem but it was resolved same day.

shocking - avoid!
took ages to deliver then delivered the wrong item, no help when i called said they had no idea what had happened to it and it wouldnt be available until end of jan - this is on the 20th december
no help with refunding the money either and the staff and manager were shocking on the telephone
avoid them at all costs
