A huge thank you to memory-matress.co.uk for their assistance in respect of my purchase of a Flexcell 700 memory foam mattress. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the choice, and especially the company's customer service both prior to, and subsequent to placing the order.

The company was a pleasure to deal with, and I was most impressed with the expeditious and professional manner with which they dealt with the situation at hand. I shall certainly be recommending the company to friends and family without hesitation.

We were also extremely happy with the service and treatment afforded to us by the delivery driver when he delivered the mattress. He was extremely friendly, courteous and clearly well informed when providing us with advice tips concerning mattress care etc.

FANTASTIC SERVICE

Having recently had a disgracefull experience with another memory mattress firm... it was fantastic to deal with such a professional company. The lady on the end of the phone was always extremely jovial, helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. Phone calls were even returned when promised, andadvise was spot on and happily given. When a problem was encountered, I was kept informed, and even upgraded at no extra cost, Which was brill. Also, the willingness to find a delivery time which was convenient to me was a great help and a breath of fresh air!!! Thanks for making buying a mattress such a simple stress free experience.
